HERE Maps and Play Newsstand not working on CM, SlimKat, etc

Has anyone ever gotten HERE Maps or Play Newsstand to work on custom ROM's? It's never worked for me which is why I always return to stock with modifications to make it look more modern.

Yeah, it works on stock based ROMS, but it's never worked on CM, SlimKat ROM's that are based on 4.2+ code.  Which is why I always return to stock based.

Just copy the Nokia Here folder from the internal SD to the external.

I could do that. But then there's the issue of Newsstand not opening source articles, Google Play Music stuttering and rebooting, the random reboots and etc... Nothing has been as stable and worked as well as stock and I haven't seen a ROM good enough to replace it.

I tried it, but I keep getting System UI has stopped with a SIM card installed. Without it, it's fine, but with nothing but System UI has stopped errors.

I installed CM 10.1 and everything works and it's super stable.  Thanks Fonz
