How to rearrange Start Menu?

I've got a SIM-free SGH-i600, which I expected to be fully unlocked, but I can't move the Start Menu items which appears to mean that it's still partially locked.

I've tried following the instructions which worked for my HTC Smartphones, but I cant change those registry entries on the Samsung:

start regeditSTG.exe and change the following Registry Keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies0001001 = 2

-> Change the value data from 2 to 1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies0001005 = 16

-> Change the value data from 16 to 40

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies0001017 = 128

-> Change the value data from 128 to 144

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Security\Policies\Policies

-> Add new value "0000101b": Dword = 1

Anyone know how to do move the Start Menu items (that's all I'm really after, but if it means fully unlocking in the process that's fine)

Ta

Ah, I wasn't very clear was I!

Thanks for the link, but what I want to be able to do is create subfolders and move the icons into them.

I can't move any icons because they are "system" files

You can do that if you fully unlock the phone. Just use the good old SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe from NovoMobile to do it:

Worked for me. Also I'm using Resco Explorer.
