i'm using, without problem, Omnia Lite Dialer....

but i have a question: is possible to open (from Omnia lite dialer) a contact with outlook mobile and not with omnia lite phonebook?

I installed it and yes, it's better than the previous version -- concerning SMS and MMS. But it simply cannot recognise and handle my existing E-mail account! :blink:

What to do? :P

I is because Jinbox have nothing to do with email or mobile outlook. It is only for sms/mms. Anyway, samsung from IK version doesnt support skined email, there can be find file email.exe, emform.dll in older builds...

As majino said there is no E-mail.exe in latest builds. You can enable to see the email accounts by changing the registry:

From:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Samsung\JINBOX]

"ShowEmailAccounts"=dword:00000000

To:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Samsung\JINBOX]

"ShowEmailAccounts"=dword:00000001

Now you will be able to view emails in jinbox and or original MS Email picker...

By the way, another problem: after the installation of this new JInbox version, at every soft reset the phone displays two error messages:

'TimeWizard' is not a valid Pocket PC application

and

'Dowbload Agent' is not a valid Pocket PC application.

Since the links of those two programs are in Windows\Startup folder, it seems to me that the new messaging sytem somehow prevents the two programs to be loaded.

Do you know why? How does it harm the functioning of the Omnia?

Otherwise the op. system seems to work normally.

You can del these files from start up folder. It is due to incompatibility of some part B7300 ROM with I900 ROMs.

i love samsung widgets plus... but i have a big problem. the notification of email and sms dont work. everytime e click in sms or email, it gives me certificate error and jinbox error.

I have a problem in that my MMS wont work. when i try to view one, its just blank. and when i try to send one it asks me to change to a multimedia message as expected but when i click yes nothing happens and i cant insert an image.

I have a problem with the phonebook, when I open the Phonebook and wants to send an sms/message it loads the contact with name and number in this format: "\"Name; "Surname" <number>

If I try to send the message It gives an error message (--->"the specified adress is invalid")....I have to edit the TO field everytime so I can send SMS, If I try from Contacts and not the phonebook then its ok, on the TO field its "Name, Surname"<number> and i can send the messages fine.

and i want to disable because everytime i open the sms inbox in one contact, the sms reloads all the message from the old to the new one... everytime... and i have 500 sms from one contact...

how can i solve this?

You may have a DWord SMSInboxThreadingDisabled.

1-Disable Threaded SMS

0-Enable Threaded SMS

Or you can also delete this DWord away and restart the phone.

actually i m using majin's b7300 rom but when ever i try to update it crush (even fully formatted my storage and storage card )

and if click on any copied avi like kung fu panda nothing happen

could you give me tips to get it working with videos
