ICS now available for the Lava Xolo X900

ICS is now available for the Lava Xolo X900! Don't worry Orange San Diego owners, you can now upgrade to the Xolo ICS update too.

To upgrade, first follow i am not a hacker thread  Applying ICS Xolo Update from Orange ROM directly guide here.

After following the simple steps to debrand your Orange San Diego by using the Xolo Gingerbread update, you will be able to upgrade to the Xolo ICS update via an OTA (Over The Air) update.

The ICS update includes:
  • Improved keyboard
  • App Compatibility Improved
  • Improved camera ui
  • Longer battery life

ok current reports are that sdcard_ext has appeared in /proc seeing if sdcard slot has been enabled.

and the 235mb update.zip has disappeared and been replaced with a 299mb update.zip containing 4.0.4 ICS

Still no one's checked whether the sd card can be accessed...

yes that's frustrating me too
I don't understand why sdcard isn't the first thing people check after flashing ics on the san diego.
iv updated my post with a working link for the xolo gingerbread rom
Yeah! Finely :)

Now, I'm curious to see how many times Orange France will wait before to give ICS to frecnh users.
(I already debranded my Orange OSD and the Xolo ROM works much better than the Orange)
