    build.prop is placed at /system/build.prop looking for a line ro.config.hw_support_ipcall=true and then change it to ro.config.hw_support_ipcall=flase Be cateful when edit build.prop. Do a full nandroid will safe your life.

    I'm not tested it yet but you can try edit build.prop line by chahging value to false I've ran stability test on slim v13 for 30 mins and no problem found. Phone is really stable at 1228 MHz.
