  1. I don't have anymore linux vm , ubuntu files and free space on disc. Next problem is that at the moment my internet is very limited. I also have another smartphone (but I didn't sold y300 yet). In any case the biggest problem is time, I'm kinda busy and I totally don't have free time for this kind of work ... I probably won't able to help you in near future... Sorry guys  Greetings Ceastel
  2. At the end of 2013 year I compiled one private build of ubuntu touch for y300 and it worked. It was laggy very hard but on acceptable level to just see how it look like. In most cases, most things are compatible. I wish it motivate some devs cuz now ubuntu touch should running much better than 2 years ago ... Greetings, Ceastel
  3. After long story with Y300 I decided to buy another cheap china phone . http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-M1-9002100MHz-5-inch-MTK6592-1_7GHz-Octa-core-Smartphone-p-941869.html (idk, can post link here ?) I think 80$ on promotion is good price for it. It's based on china MTK(no sources) so probably no cyanogenmod on in but I don't care. I finally will be able to watch/record anything in hd. Greetings ;)
  4. You should try flash eu baseband : https://mega.co.nz/#!kMZADDZT!_AxL87XWr1BDvYi1tshmPD6IykcXV1RXibUZi3ko5cQ Or mexicano if you are from there : https://mega.co.nz/#!UUgW3TKT!oJRKIu3UyNjb_3CCPfSRIB9x_bRF84-VqOHYVfXsib0 Some time ago i thought that because of water(...) my headphone jack and speaker stopped working ... :D
  5. @up If I ever do update of this kernel I will include that patch thanks . ;) @IamTITO You need usb otg cable with external usb power supply. @ H3ROS Next time I will compile 393mb & 407mb version. I don't have any problems with 407mb because I don't use apps like Twitch etc.
  6. With external usb wireless adapter you should be able to use aircrack in y300 or g510. http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=799575 You will need to flash kernel with support usb otg and have cable with external psu. Greetings
  7. G510 doesn't have hdmi so how you want use it ?:) You can try use app called 'droid VNC server' or something like this ....
  8. Thanks you for test . Now I know it working ... ;)
  9. ZolaIII you have cable so can you confirm does usb otg working ?
  10. You should have something like this : I'm on CM10.
  11. @eddie I think before 'echo host > /d/otg/mode' you wrote 'su' ( it need superuser permission) ? Optionally if you can check it with external usb psu... I will check it but first I need buy otg cable .... ;) @fonz92 Today or tomorrow I'm going to compile a 400mb version for stock. I already tried overvoltage and I think it's not problem of cpu voltage .
  12. @up Try this ... <pre> Run in adb shell (over network) or directly in android terminal: echo host > /d/otg/mode For return to normal (peripheral) mode: echo peripheral > /d/otg/mode If you want check current state: cat /d/otg/info</pre> For which rom you want 400mb version? (cm10, stock vs cm10.1) Now I'm without otg cable and I can't check how it works. Something blocking higher oc but idk what... I can't overclock it sorry .
  13. @up I don't testing this kernel and I thought it was cause zram problem :D
