  1. [ROM] Glowing Liquid 1.5.2

Never mind, found the answer and it's working (with ext4 part and link2sd).
  2. [ROM] Glowing Liquid 1.5.2

Vache (or anyone knowledgable): I'm hitting the storage ceiling often on this device and I was wondering if creating an ext partition to store apps on my SD would help on this ROM. And if so, do I need to make it bigger than the original storage size (replace), or are they combined together in some way? I know apps can be moved to SD, but I've moved them all, and it's still crowded. It's especially chrome browser that bugs me with it's 50Mb install size.
  3. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

I need SmartassV2 to be able to answer the phone, no freezes. Any other governor makes Liquid too slow to wake-up in time. Disabling 'force GPU rendering' also seems to help a lot...
  4. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

Settings -> Performance -> (OK) -> Memory management -> zRam -> Disabled. And while you're there: disable surface dithering and enable 16-bit transparancy reboot.
  5. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

I found out that zramSwap inhibits SD swap. I found swap whenever I looked at the output of free, but only after looking in /proc/swaps I saw that is was zramSwap not blockdevice swap. After disabling zramSwap and tweaking some developer/cpu options I now have quite acceptable performance on the Liquid A1 (class 10 SD, 256Mb swap).
  6. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

My A1 is stuck at the double boot logo. Help? :( I faithfully installed the a1 patch, after flashing the update-cm-9.0.0-RC0-Liquid-WAG-Team-salsa-UNOFFICIAL-signed.zip I find it very strange that the file I downloaded was called update-cm-9.0.0-RC0-Liquid-WAG-Team-salsa-UNOFFICIAL-signed.zip since the name before the link says cm-9.0.0-RC0-Liquid-WAG-Team-salsa-Beta2? Ok, solved. I f*d up by installing beta1's dtapps2sd :( Redid the install without and now I have a trip through space & time, on a skateboard ;)

  8. I just want to say that 1.9.1 with UV kernel is one of the best LN releases I've used in a long time. I don't use apps2sd/sdman/swap/foobar or any of that sh*t, so that's probably my luck, but in that context, this ROM just ROCKS! Keep up the good work devs!
  9. I haven't had the issue after this method as well. But testing was not enough to be 100% sure, I must admit.
  10. How about 768Mhz!? You're lucky if you get to 960 or more...
  11. I have the GPS stays on after Google Navigation as well. I can allways switch off the icon by re-entering Navigator and pressing back (exit). The GPS icon then disappears. Strange. It has nothing to do with Latitude (I am not logged in to Latitude).
  12. For me it helped clearing the Gallery data (manage applications). Rebooted and No FC's afterwards.
  13. Battery usage screen is confused by your app: it says 100% by "checkcall". No extra drain is noticable, but I'd prefer to have a little bit more detail on the battery usage screen.
  14. It works like a charm on a short test to voicemailbox. But the problem is: that allways works. The problems start when I finish a "longer" call. We'll see what happens. The sensitivity seems quite ok to me (tried by moving fingers over sensor and back, quick response to that!)
  15. [ROM] CM7 Liquid (kang) 1.2.18 -CM7RC1-

Now you say that, there used to be the icon of a little 'bug' on the notification bar, but it's been a long time since I've seen that.
