  1. Ask MoDaCo: the HTC One

Battery life? The Verge says it's too bad. I'm fine with HOX battery life. Comparable? Yes, I know more time needed for this one. I hope you'll play with it for more than a week.
  2. Wow! Someone is still hacking Liquid! This community always was amazing!
  3. HTC One X+ Review

Paul, I think I know which slowness they optimize. HOX has a problem that when you write 500+ megs to /data, then IO becomes slow as hell (same on Nexus 7, lol). It has to do something with TRIM or something like that. I fix it by backing up /data and formatting partition. Looks like they just drop TRIM/log/whatever in FS. And miracle happens! Lol.
  4. But Nexus device! Or check if your future device is officially supported by CyanogenMod.
  5. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

I think we all should just let the old phone go, it served us all well and should be warmly remembered. I just moved to HTC One X (: CM10 is so awesome! It is totally worth changing device.
  6. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

ipv6? That's uber strange! Did Acer break radio? You can try blanking ipv6 functions to return errors and leave it "enabled" - I think many operators does not support ipv6. On the other hand Google might be using v4-to-6 gateways, so this workaround will fail... A very strange issue...
  7. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

Mmm, very interesting! Can you tell what is probable root of all evil?
  8. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

Not directly. It is related to lack of RAM. Until ICS/JB will be able to comfortably live WITHOUT swap and fit in 256 megs - nothing good will happen.
  9. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

A1 won't be usable until someone can do some magic to lower memory requirements. A1 will be usable only with swap DISABLED. Otherwise we get lags (from swapping) which sometimes causes reboots. Seems this task is unreal.
  10. [CM7.2] Cyanogenmod 7.2 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

That will make phone totally unusable under sunlight. Never do that!
  11. [CM9] Cyanogenmod 9 for LiquidA1/LiquidE

Nice release, but, as always, uber-slow on A1. 256 megs are no-go for ICS...
