  1. BBM coming to Android and iOS this summer

Too late, it won't be adapated by users. I've been using Whatsapp for a few years now and won't be using BBM unless it offers something better.
  2. Liveblog: Samsung - The Next Galaxy

Not expecting anything as slick as the Arc/Arc S but some refinement over current design would be perfect! :) Just please don't make it look like a Bada OS device.
  3. [OLD THREAD SUPPORT ONLY] [ATOMICMOD]

Move GO SMS Pro from /data to /system (unless you want to leave users without a messaging app that is).
  4. True, porting it from extracted images is a possibility. Although I doubt the new firmware will be compatible with existing basebands. If it isn't then you will need to wait for Red firmware ;).
  5. One thing to consider: Not trying to spoil anyone's fun but if the firmware has been signed with a Brown certificate then you can all say goodbye to flashing/updating to 2.3 your X10 at this moment. Only if the firmware has been signed with a Red (retail) certificate then flashing process will start.
  6. If anyone wants to know what is hidden behind the xs in build.prop then the exact Rom Version is 'ROM Ver : 1.05.401.0'.
  7. For me it's /system/etc/ecclist_for_mcc.conf (CyanogenMod 6)
  8. First of all. Big thanks to: teppic74 and Myshkinbob Lets get down to business: How to create a GoldCard 1. Download: -http://shipped-roms.com/shipped/Bravo/PB99..._signed_txt.zip -http://www.shadowchild.nl/fixmisc/update.zip 2. Rename PB99IMG_Bravo_HTC_WWE_1.21.405.2_Radio_32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.02_2_release_126984_ igned_txt.zip to PB99IMG.zip 3. Copy PB99IMG.zip and update.zip to the root of your GoldCard 4. Turn the phone off, remove the battery and remove simcard 5. Reinsert battery, hold vol-down + power to enter bootloader 6. Bootloader will start checking PB99IMG 7. After it finished checking, press vol-up to accept flashing 8. Wait 20mins (you may loose your screen now) 9. Press vol-up to reboot 10. Wait 15 minutes for the phone to set up 11. Press the following buttons to enable USB debugging (remember to have a 5secs delay between each press/move) 29. Now the misc fix is applied and the phone is rebooting. Wait 5 minutes for it to fully boot. 30. Turn your phone off 31. Hold the back and power button for 5 seconds 32. You will now be in Fastboot mode 33. Download 1.21.402.5 SLCD ROM 34. Connect your phone to the PC 35. Run the .exe downloaded in step 30 and follow the on-screen instructions. 36. After the process is finished your screen will start working, but you will loose root. 37. Perform steps 11 to 26 again. (Path for enabling USB debugging is Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging) 38. Dance around the room until the process is finished 39. You are now rooted, enojoy :).
  9. Bootloader shows 0.00 0000

Uninstall HTC Sync and use Unrevoked to flash a Custom Recovery. Then upload the .zip package to sd card and flash from the custom recovery .
  10. WiFi N/802.11n

Call *#*#4636#*#* and there should be WiFi info in one of the sub menus.
  11. oClock Custom ROM

I hope you upload it soon . PS. How to remove T2S and T2W?
  12. Sense launcher from Evo 4G rom to Desire?

I got it working on MCR r3.1 but I don't like the MCR rom so I just went back to stock rooted ROM.
  13. I found an Evo 4G ROM over @xda with a very nice launcher. I was wondering if there is any way of using it on our HTC Desires. The launcher looks like this: Link to topic: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=700448
  14. r6 Riskfree Root + A2SD+ = No WiFi

    Use this ROM: http://rapidshare.com/files/394960117/Desi...oted_Signed.zip
  15. Circle battery MOD

A little offtopic. Can I deodex my ROM by copying files from /system/framework/ from MRC r3.1 to my own ROM? Will that work?
