  4. nah not that easy  which one is the recovery partition?????
  5. I just do it the way, I flash the other recovery-images ... this time with additional wait-time(...?) and nothing again...
  6. sending 'recovery' (5068 KB)... OKAY writing 'recovery'... FAILED (remote: flash write failure) the other recoverys are smaller how do I check the partitions of the flash memory? (I hate those situations, nothing documented :( ) Edit: thx Mtman1 but this will not work, if the sizes don't fit ^_^ beside that fastboot is really generic
  7. hm 6001 is not flashable at my device... maybe its to old, containing a different chip? MFG Date Dec, 2010
  8. oh that would be great - thx
  9. mhm its not working for me  it seems that the recovery is getting to big - flashing fails they may have changed something in the script? bladyle, is your generated recovery working, or did just the build process succeed?
  10. LED notification and gingerbread

No, I my LED-problems are not that important, that I would use a app to solve this. It should work out of the box! :)
  11. LED notification and gingerbread

yes, thats what I meant 3rd-party messaging-apps wont work - what about gmail? lets hope for cyanogenmod 9 and ics
  12. LED notification and gingerbread

It may kernel related, but you'r using the acer ones, not technolovers - right. I can confirm this issue (rooted stock 2.3.6, technolovers kernel) on the new (1.9.0) Facebook app. But Gingerbread dialer (ya, I missed a call wilfully) and Messengering App are working.
  13. need help with openvpn

I do use openvpn with a tun.koed, busyboxed, rooted stock 4.000.13 Rom (technolovers kernel) and it's working like a charm (bridging, certificates) :) make sure that you insmod the tun.ko via openvpn-settings.. and that you use the static openvpn build, instead of the one, that comes with openvpn-installer http://code.google.com/p/android-openvpn-settings/issues/detail?id=26 btw. Friedrich Schaeuffelhut did really a great job for general openvpn tutorials, consult the openvpn documentation http://www.openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/documentation.html
  14. Strange Recovery behaviour

that changed because of CWM recovery... the other post is related to AmonRa Recovery You might not know this.
