    What you need is to unlock the bootloader following the official method: request your bootloader unlock code to huawei.

    I made a zip to disable IP calls, just install this from recovery: http://www.solidfiles.com/d/39dc9aebf5/

    I made the zip, but didn't test it yet. Go to Power Settings and select 16bit transparency, then reboot to recovery, make a backup and install the zip:

    If you are living in Europe, install HSDPA:9 or HSPA:11 from this thread:

    There are official GB and ICS update.app for Australia, so you can also extract the modem files from there.

    Yes, you should have HSPA:11 after flashing, very strange if you don't.

    What method did you use to downgrade? Maybe it didn't replace the modem files, that's why you still have HSPA:11.

    In GB the bootloader is unlocked.

    OEMINFO partition is partition 5, it is what we used to called IMEI partition. That partition also stores your SN (the one you find on the back of the phone when you remove the battery). The unlock code depends on both, your imei number and your SN, so if they don't match it won't work. I will try to get you an unlocked oeminfo.

    The bootloader state is stored in oeminfo partition, the bootloader partitions are not altered when you unlock it with the official method. So if you copy the bootloader from an unlocked phone to yours, it will still be locked. The only way to do what you are asking is to use the oeminfo partition from another phone that has unlocked bootloader, and that will make you lose your imei number after installing an update.app.

    Maybe you can enable it by setting this line to "true" in build.prop

    ro.config.hw_support_ipcall=false

    You are in the wrong section. This is only for Huawei Ascend G300.
