got one off fleabay from hong kong. it was advertised as for a dopod 838. black silicon jobbie, fits good but cant slide out the keyboard. cost about £8 incl postage. thinking of modifying mine with a cutout to slide the keyboard out. |

yes would agree with you there, configure the left 'email' button to control start menu, and the right 'internet explorer' button to closedown/shut. makes things more phonelike but you lose the functionality of these 2 buttons, depends how important they are to you. the only thing to be careful of if you use the keyboard, the buttons do not transfer so you are 90 degrees out with the screen. |

cant seem to find any way of adding sounds or vibrate when i recieve a text msg, done the corporate install is there something missing. |

been using a 512mb unbranded mini sd card for a few months, i decided to format it using smartexplorer, but i can only get it to format to 256 size card |

how do i keep the ringtones i keep copying to the same folder as the original ones.
every time i power off or the battery goes flat the phone defaults back to the original ones and seems to lose the files i have copied across to the phone. frustrating |

The only downside to this phone is the calender functions which are a little basic. i cant seem to copy and paste the same appointment across different weeks. is there any other good calender apps.

I would like to change the icons on the right of the standerd orange theme that came with the phone. i would like to open upmy favourite programs from the homepage without wading through the start menu everytime.

not too impressed with the quality of the supplied headphones either. have tried headphones from my sony p900 these have good quality sound and the answer button also works. not sure where you could get them though.
still pondering wether to keep the p900 or spv |

how do you get it to send files, pics or sound to other phones or devices, doesnt come up with the option in file manager. my phone is locked to orange, is this the problem.
have a p900 which can send any file anywhere? |

Getting a new spv c500 on wednesday, just have a couple of questions.
do any accesories from the e200 fit the c500? (car charger, usb cradle etc)? is the charging socket a nokia style universal connector or a special type.. any good websites for cases, car chargers, mem cards etc. can a radio attachment be fitted to this, similar to the sony ones for the p900,t610, t630 etc. are memory cards any cheaper in the states as im on holiday in a couple of weeks, might just hang on. thanks |
