Hello,
Got little problem with my new bluetrek g2 and my c500.
When I pair the headset normally, my c500 asks me to define the headset as a "hands-free" device.
When i choose this option, the headset stops working after 2-3 hours.
But if I do not hit that option, The headset doesn't pair at all.

Read Bluetrek's support and it says that I should hold down the vol- key for about 15 secs and it will force the phone to use headset profile but it just doesn't pair. (I don't see the headset symbol on the top of the screen).

Is there anyone that can help me please?

I've been trying to configure my gprs settings with my provider for over 2 months now.

I live in Israel and using Orange as my provider.
they sent configurtion with do not match the spv device so I've been paying for 2 months and getting no results

can anyone help?

btw, heard there is a way to use the internet connection over the wap
is it really possible?

My phone is locked on the uk orange network and I don't have thier sim.

It asks for the code.

Bought a new battery- same problem
Won't doesn't charge.
When i plug it to the mains or the computer- it just turns the light to orange and 10 secs after goes back to green
I left it to charge for like 3 hours and the battery matter just went down

Guys,
my phone won't charge at all.
Not from the Usb and not from the mains.
The light is red when it's connected to the mains but i held it there for 5 hours and nothing happened.
any suggestions?

Tried Hard reset when the phone worked- didn't help.
I'm using the regular charger with a trunsformer from a Uk one to a regular europian one (Israel).
Anyway, this woin't charge the phone

Have the same prob but when I try to charge from the comp the light doesn't go on and when I try to plug it to the mains charger it just won't charge (even that the light is red)

I'm having troubles recharging my spv c500.
Yesterday, I plugged in the charger and the light went orange for a few seconds, then it went green and the battery matter showed full.
then I plugged out the charger and the battery matter was only 80% full.
This problem kept on going and now my battery is completley empty and i cannot turn on the phone.
When I try to recharge it the light goes red but after hours of waiting- nothing happens.

Please help me out here

It's not a dust problem- I tryed to clean it a few times...
