Hi

I just moved to Norway and want to continue using my SPV C550 handset, I have unlocked the handset using the Orange utility but when I try another SIM (telenor) it says the Network is restricted and I need a passkey?

I have looked for a PAYG sim but as I am not very good with Norwegian I cant really find a supplier.


Can anyone give me advice on a provider that just supplies PAYG sims like you can buy in the UK?

sonic 2, 3 - fine
The Punisher - direction controls are messed up
Golden axe 3 - fine

There seems to be some weirdness with the joystick, movement is stuttering in some directions but only when that direction is pressed, this doesnt always happen.

No sound so far

The overall speed is good, sonic 3 and tails was a bit slow at times but totally playable

I was wondering about the OS

They both have Windows Mobile 2003SE on them but in use there seems to be a fair few differences

Is there more than one version of WM2003 how can you tell the diff?

I have some java games that work very well on my C550
the only problem is the softkey mapping doesnt seem to work (all other keys are fine)

is there anythin I can do to fix this?

Is it possible to change the softkey mapping in the registry so the java app picks up the keypress? or make some sort of wrapper that runs before java and remaps the key?

I know its probably not possible but thought i would ask

When I unlocked my C500 moving and deleting startmenu stuff was fine thru activesync or filemanager.

On my C550 it seems to be different, I have unlocked the fone using the reg tweak but cannot kill items on my start menu (like fireplayer and musicplayer)

it justs say unable to delete....


any tips?
