i put the .CAB file in the accessories folder as sugested here.... but it dosent show up in the accessories dir? what am i doing wrong?

I have been trying for some time now to install tennis_sma_1.0.5d (The DEMO) on my SPV..... with no luck....
I know im 100% a stupid moron lol.... but would some nice person plz explaine it to me like i was a friggin 5 year old thanks alot
