Hi! I bought a cheap BT headset (ERGENIC BLUETOOTH HEADSET ERG BT-001). Althought my Orange C500 connect perfectly with this BT headset, my Wizard don't. The headset is detected and Wizard asks me for the password (0000) but after some seconds it says: connection impossible and back to the password screen. Any help from you? Thank you. |

Need Help to unlock a SPV C500 without the Orange SIM. Is taht possible? I live in Portugal and I have bought a SPV C500 on ebay annouced as unlocked. Unfortunatelly is locked. So, I want to unlock it with the great tool of SPV developpers. The problem is that without the ornge sim I can't enter in the normal options of the phone software. Is there any way to aplly the unlock toll with the phone in bootload mode or something else? Thank you aDENDA: When I run the SPV app I get "unknown error - 2147467259 |

Hello my friends! the situation is as follows: My SDA has the QTEK ROM 8020 now. After 3 months of use, I noted serious problems - the SDA cuts the calls without explanation and during comunicacions sometimes the menus roll without ceasing until the portable remains "freeze". I thus need to return it to T-Mobile (DE) to replace it. But to do that without losing the guarantee it is necessary to put a T-MOBILE ROM on it. And here reside my problem: When I make the operation (according to the rules of spv-developers) I get the error message that is in title: ERROR [ 296 ] UPGRADE ONLY. Have you some solution to this problem???? Thank you in Advance |

Sudenly, my TMOBILE SDA cut my cals and the menus and contacts enter in a looping process. Any solutuion for this issue? Do you think that an other room (qtek or other) could solve the problem? Thank you. |

I will receive my SDA Music in a few days from a german ebayer. I am in Portugal. Here we haven't tmobile. But I wanted a SDA Music so much and I bougth one. I already have a C500 and I like it. Now my question: Anyone of you have installed a qtek or i-mate rom in a SDA music? If so, did the sound dedicated keys continue working? Thank you. |

To: Jacobdan and all friens here. I have tried to upgrade my new qtek 8010 to qtek rom 2.1.32.11 as described here. Whe I save the nbf file I get un error: "I/O error". If I try to upgrade rom directly (without usin Typhonnntolls) I got "ERROR [294]: invalid VENDER ID". Ok, How can I upgarde this thing? Thank you. |

I bought a new qtek 8010 (same as c500) wich came with qtek rom1.3.31.12 (deutch idiom). Using SPVTOOLS I have tried to upgrade to qtek rom 2.1.32.11 (most recent). I've got the error message: "ERROR [294]: invalid VENDER ID" Any help tosove this issue? Thank you all. |

I've just received my new (no operator) Qtek 8010 wich has the previous rom. I tried to upgrade followin instructions in this post. I get an error message like.. "vendor ID..." The phone is qtek with no operator contract wlth a deutch rom.. Any idea how to bypass this issue? Thank you |

YESS it is true. I bought a "very used" spv c500 in ebayblocked to Orange (England). This phone is nott sold here in Portugal. First I changed the original Orange rom to I-mate latest rom. The mobile remains locked...of corse. Today I have changed teh I-mate rom to Orange (France) rom RUU_1.02_OrangeFR_v4.2.2.1_Ship2 France And For my surprise the mobile accpeted my portuguese sim card. Great SPV C500. I have earned 35 euros. |
