Lastest news from my friend, who helped me test i900XBHI5.exe
Update: There is some change in this lastest ver.
- Task Manager goes to Settings.
- Google launcher, google maps, Midori, DLNA, Shozu all in this firmware.
- MSN Messenger, Windows Live still there.
My friend said this was the fastest rom he has ever used.
Sounds so good, huh?

Is this a multilanguage rom? Looks nice - upload it please..... laugh.gif

QUOTE(Geronymous @ Sep 1 2008, 20:58) *
I have 7.450 (9030). Same settings as above (COM3, 4800)

What I have noticed is that, even without GPSGate, and outside, I get a fix after "exactly" 10 seconds after soft-resetting the Omina, and same happens if I try a while thereafter... but if I try again hours later (after having used the Omnia for other stuff), it does NOT get a fix anymore, not even after 2 minutes or so (it does see satellites, but at "zero" strength")... it just stays at "Poor GPS reception". If I then soft-reset the device, it picks up again a good signal after 10 seconds! Strange, isn't it?

Besides, the GPS seems to affect the time within TomTom... it keeps increasing the time at random intervals it seems.

Anyone experiencing the same as a I am? Or even more important... anyone NOT experiencing this (and in that case, any chance you can specify FULLY the TT version)? wink.gif (Why are these TT guys not bringing up new WM versions??? Now they are "forcing" people to get "special" releases...)

I have the same issue as you - no fix in TT7.450.9028 - but Garmin gets a fix in 4-7 secs.?

I think I´ll have a go with this iPhone/Richterholder that should click on my Brodit+Proclip - and still be able to charge the Omnia...

I did not know how long it would take, if ever, to get a model for the Omnia (I have had my Omnia for a little over a month now), so I purchased the Brodit holder for the iPhone (Proclip 870168) : 99% fit, holds just fine. I carved an opening on the side for the charging cable.
I can post a picture if anyone is interested.

Nice and thx - might buy the iPhone v1 from Brodit too.....

How is this "Omnia superphone" compared til HTC Diamond?

Anyone tried Garmin XT on the big screen? Maybe a pic. with it running?

Touch screen seems to have failed mad.gif

No response from the screen at all. Phone is locked and cannot be unlocked without the touch screen, as far as I know.

Is my only option a hard reset?

Help appreciated.

Have you tried to take the battery out andt put it back in again?

Joost39 - what's the error you're getting?

P

@P
I´m getting the support code 0x8503001C - and have tried everything, can only sync with the MS Exchangeserver if I uncheck Calender + Contacts and then it works?
But wont work with either Calendar or Contacts.

Skandinavian keyboard - download and install from SD-card - its a CAB-file that does the job.
