Is it worth going with O care or should I look around as I've seen many other companies which seem to offer more cover?

Just had to have my E200 replaced due a non working nav key, now a few days later I find that the new handset has a similar problem in that it keeps 'selecting' every time I try to use nav-down .
Phone O and they have just pushed me off to go to a shop. I think they might think I'm making it up! How many times do I put up with dodgy handsets before I demand a free upgrade to change the handset? Paul |

Hi,
I have a faulty E200 and need to get all the info off it so I can reload the new one in morning. Is there a procedure for this? Cheers Paul |

They were going to give us the XDA's anyway. As long as the software will run on the SPV version then I'd rather opt for that one.
I'm pretty sure they will have some deal in place to get the XDA's though as they have to supply 600 of us. |

Am I being really daft here or is this the same phone but on different networks???
Would prefer to stay on Orange but work has released new sftware that I must use and they have it on a XDA2. If it's the same then I can just run it on the M1000 ? Cheers Paul |

I think they allow it, as long as your company has less than 20 employees.
So on regular business lines, then yes as my father-in-law uses it. Paul M |

Hi Mark,
They do offer a better range of packages and overall are cheaper. I use it at home and have seen good results so far. I'm not sure how skytalk works, but with smart talk you don't get charged a connection fee ( BT will still charge you 5p per call even if you are on for a couple of seconds ) and there is no minimum call charge. It's nice as well because they set it all up for me to change from BT and there is no contract. Paul M |

Just to add that there is a £4.99 fee to register. This will give you a personal website to sign up customers from with a full stats area and also a referral associate pack sent through the mail. |

I have just gone into business with Tiscali to promote their services.
Right now I'm looking for people to refer new customers for their broadband packages which start at just £15.99/month. You will need to go through a simple online registration process and then you will receive a small supply of Tiscali Broadband leaflets to help you promote the service. You will also have setup for you, immediately after completing this registration, your own Referral Associate website through which you can tell people about Tiscali and the Tiscali services, as well as register customers in an instant all online from the comfort of your home. Once registered as a Referral Associate (RA) you are able to recommend the Tiscali services and, for every 3 Broadband Customers you register, you will receive £100 !... that's almost £35 for every Broadband Customer! This will suit anybody from computer resellers to website owners, in fact anybody. Please drop me an email to pmottley@tiscali.co.uk with 'Modaco' in the title for more info and also if you would like to register. Thanks Paul |
