for u who get the hard reset, dont worry about trying many2 methods of how to change simcard without have hard reset. if u get hard reset, then its hardware problem. in normal Mini, all u have to do is just take the battery n put it back. nothin special.

hi all.. i have the same problem tooo!!! and some other ppl from other forums aswell.. so i think this is really manufacturer defect. the bad is, i sent my mini to 02 service center (im in australia) then after 1 week, it came back but still have the same problem. i dont know why they didnt test it before send back to me, but now im made a complaint directly to O2 asia.
i advise u guys to send it back quickly to your country service center.
