raiders,

i've also updated to the 3500 bluetooth build... i just read on on the xda-developer forum that people have had this problem before, but after they'de disconnected the wired headset... their solution was to plug it back in the take it out again... not as quick as u'd like with a bluetooth headset though... gonna try playing about with the bluetooth stuff once i've completed my full backup...

anyone out there have anymore details on this???

hi,

i'm having exactly the same problem on my XDA IIs... its been happening on and off for the last couple of weeks now when i make out going calls... only thing that solves it is a reboot... (typical microsoft)... my bluetooth headset is definitely off, but it could be happening after i've disconnected the headset and switched the bluetooth off on the fone although i'm not 100 percent certain... could it be that the phones not switching the speaker back on after it disconnects from the headset??? anyone out there know which registry keys (if any) to check when it happens again???

someone please help... i also look like a plank saying "hello.... hello.... hello"...

hi... can someone explain to me what is experienced when people say that their homescreens are 'garbled'... the reason i ask is that i had put my own homescreen on... the message counters displayed correctly on my screen...

howvever, the problem i was getting was that whenever the homscreen was re-painted (i.e. when returning to homescreen from the menu or another program) some of my memory was eaten up... (to be exact 48k each time...) and as you can imagine after using the phone all day it would run out of memory pretty quick... sad.gif

anyway, i tried setting the default skin again but made no difference... did a hard reset and then installed apps one at a time to see which was causing the problem. i think it came back to jmms if i remember correctly... then came across this fix thread and did what the instructions said... seams to be working fine now... no problems with mms or memory disappearing... although i'm not getting a count for mms messages...

does my memory problem sound like something that would be caused by 'garbled' skins??? or could have been down to something else??? and if so any ideas what??? problems gone now but i'm still curious... any info to help me sleep better at night would be much appreciated...

regards,
hiffy.

PS. keep up the good work people...

hi... thanx for this great app... installed on my spv and works as it should... just a few things i noticed though that may help with future development...

1... when syncing messages with my inbox it kept stopping after 15 messages... the 16th message was a mms... after deleting this and other mms's from all folders (including deleted items folder) it synced all messages...

2... a couple of the contacts on my sim have the same name... this also caused the syncing to hang... changed the offending names and it worked fine.

also, i have just bought the motorola mpx200... trying to get spstudio to work on that but the pc app doesn't seem to want to connect... CommMan runs ok and says 'listening'... i have also just run the app unlock provided by alphaflux on this forum... has anyone else noticed any issues with the mpx200 and spstudio???

thanx again.
