Not much of a tweak but it is my first registry edit I’ve done that works………. Kind of chuffed with myself.

To change whats displayed as “No upcoming appointments”  to something of your choice then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER, System, State, Appointments, HomeScreen and edit the ‘subject’ string.  Change the value to whatever you want displayed.  The good thing about it is that as soon as an appointment is added or comes up then it returns to its default value to keep you informed.

I don’t really use my calendar so is no real problem for me.

If somebody else has already posted this elsewhere then don’t tell me will you, it is Christmas time afer all, let me wallow in my glory!!!!

This might be a little overkill if you don't use your calendar extensively, but Facade is an amazing Calendar, Task, and Application Lancher plugin.  There is a setting to turn off the No Appointments text.  I am unable to live without Facade.

The following code could be added to the Calendar plugin to hide the entire plugin when no event exists.

If you add a width to the plugin of 120
so where the height is, try putting width="120"

I live in Denmark but I am thinking about buying the
QTEK 8310 in Sweden because it is much cheaper there.
But has anyone here changed the language settings
from Swedish to Danish ?

I know the it is possible to change language in WM5.
But does the Swedish version also include Danish ?
