Hi All, I have an MDA Pro that has a broken screen, something has hit the harder outside of the screen and now its got a large black circle and the rest of the screen is white. Anyway, the reason for the post, its being replaced tomorrow so i want to reset it back to factory settings, but as far as im aware you have to be able to view the screen for that as it asks for some kind of input that you have to see. So, I remember there being a program for my C500 that would let you view the screen on your PC. Is there a program like that for the Universal so I can view the screen from the PC? Or alternatively, a hard reset that you dont need to be able to view the screen, Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Kenny |

Great little guide, thanks! I needed to unlock my old orange C500 after ive destroyed by screen on my MDA Pro, so needed a phone until i get the insurance sorted. One note however, the link in the guide to the Spv Services Application is out of date, the page has been turned into one of them annoying search pages, so i just googled it and found it easy enough, Thanks Again Kenny |

I've noticed that video is more pixelated than on my m2000, even stuff like the logo and images on modaco are not very smooth, I doubt there is but I'm hoping there is a way to improve this |

Yeah I'm pretty sure the data monitor is on the disk. I got my MDA yesterday so am just getting it all set up the way I like it. I remember someone saying that there is a way to speed it up if you do a hard reset and stop the installation of some t-moblie stuff? If anyone can expand on that it would be appreciated cause I can't remember where I read it |

Hi all, Im going to get a MDA Pro on t-mobile sometime this month, i was just wondering what you get with it, i.e two batteries, a case etc. I cant find anything about package contents on the t-mobile site, i always find network sites lacking on information about their devices. Kenny. |

If you have spb pocket plus you can set any of the buttons to flip the screen into landscape mode, i have the calendar button on my m2000 set to do it and its nice and quick. Kenny. |

I done a hard reset and that solved it, i was hoping there would be a solution other than that but its worked a treat and i didnt realise how sluggish it has become until using it after the reset |

Hi, Ive had my M2000 for a couple of weeks now with no problems, but now something annoying has arisen. The keyboard will be working fine, but then for some reason it will just stop working and i will have to do a soft reset, then all is peachy again. It never stops working in the middle of a sentence or anything, its not as if it cuts out while im doing anything, i can be writing a message and it will be fine, but then i go and write another message 5 minutes later and it wont work, no lights come on either, so i use the on-screen keyboard until i can be bothered to restart it. Any ideas how to defeat this annoying problem? Kenny. |

Hi all, Im looking to get some satellite navigation software on my C500, i know i need a bluetooth gps receiver, which ive seen on ebay for around £50, are these any good? Also, the actual software, is Tom Tom mobile 5 the only option? On their website all i see is the software with the gps receiver, how much does it cost for just the software and serial? One last question, if Tom Tom mobile 5 is the only option, will it work well with the £50 gps recivers from ebay? Any help would be appreciated, Kenny. |
