something that's even easier then UC is SASHIMI (also over at xda-developers) just simply drop the cabs you want into the AUTO or MANUAL folder, and it'll do it upon a new rom install! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=392983 |

is it possible to (I suppose in a future update, haha) to restore the amber light when charging? I actually like that so I can make sure I didn't somehow forget to actually plug the charger in the wall (without having to look at it and make sure) |

Unfortunately, https://secure.logmein.com/labs.asp?lang=en says: I had it working briefly, but i'm not sure what I did and it doesn't want to play now P It's actually working just fine for me -- I open up total commander, and goto \\computername, and it prompts me for my (windows) username/pass, and I can access and download all my shared files I have on my desktop |

ah! I just found out about hamachi mobile, and then logged into google reader and found I wasn't the only one, haha is there anyway to get a shared printer to work on a windows mobile device? Paul, do you know of any way to create a shortcut directly to a particular machine name / directory on windows mobile? |

It's locked to the card in that if you copy all the files off to, say, a larger card, it doesn't work ;) P wow....that is SUCH a show stopped -- I install most, if not all, my programs on my card, some that are always running -- so I am supposed to remove my current card to use gps? that's awful! I was close to buying this too, as tomtom is $150, but now it looks like I have no choice! any word on if it's the same way for the US version? (locked to the card) |

one thing I will say, is that if you are using it on a cell, if you have a slow connection, the audio/video will be a little noticably "washed out" -- it's not horrible...but it's like if you listen to radio stations that have "online" versions, you'll hear what I mean -- but even then....it's a little better than that, and it really is awesome |

this is by far one of the greatest software titles i have ever used. I use this ALL the time! I use it w/my cingular 8125 to stream music in my car and while at work, i use it to watch recorded tv w/my hauppage pvr-150 on my desktop (lost, conan, family guy, and more -- also while at work, haha) -- and great to share my photos and such when w/friends and family how this is free.... NO IDEA.....but please don't change orb!!! EDIT: and oh yah, the live tv thing works great as well! |

this is great, i'm using it now on my cingular 8125 and it's awesome. it's even a great/noticable step up from the smartphone version i was using (disregarding the fact that it's on a touch screen phone w/landscape, etc) -- EDIT: oh yah, and it allows itself to be the default browser!!! |

QUOTE(oscarbrito @ Dec 2 2005, 00:56) I cut and paste something interesting I have found in spv developer. I haven't tried it yet. Please, if you try it post here your results. QUOTE(Zone-MR) Just a note for anyone who needs to unlock their phone but does not have an Orange SIM card. When the phone boots up, there is a 5-second delay before the SIM Locked window pops up. During this time it is possible to put the phone in flight mode (power button, 2). This will allow you to use the phone to run the necessary cert.cab files etc. I tried that, but i couldn't get the IMEI registered since when it's on flight mode it won't 'transmit' the imea -- i went ahead and ordered a pay as you go orange sim card from teh UK from ebay, got it, and it's workin great! now i'm building an audio/charging dock for my car for this sweet phone |
