My SPVe200 wouldn't start , couldn't gget into bootloader either, so I contacted the place where i got my mobile from (onestopphoneshop) and they sent me an envelope to send the phone to a repair company called total repair, that was June the 6th , and still without a phone, so as you can imagine im not a happy bunny.
TRS keep saying the phones with the manufacture, what does this mean, what can i do? I have had no mobile for well over a month now, and fed up with being cut off the line, waiting ,been told "it should be with u at the end of the week sir" and generally not having a phone for over a month and STILL PAYING FOR IT!
Could do with some advise here, i think im being fobbed off.

O have just noticed on the StarDock (windows blinds fame) site that there is a PocketBlinds

QUOTE
PocketBlinds is the first free form skinning extension for Windows CE 3.x or later (PocketPC).  PocketBlinds allows you to skin the title bar completely and add/position as many buttons as you can fit.   Moreover, it is compatible with the WindowBlinds plug-in format allowing users to easily make their own title bar "gadgets" (MP3 players, stock tickers, memory meters, etc.).  It's also free.

Two things to remember:

(1) PocketBlinds integrates directly into the OS by extending the Windows CE GWE(Graphics, Windowing, and Events) subsystem, so it is fast and small.

(2) PocketBlinds skins are truly free form. It also has an open plug-in architecture, which means that users can make their own plug-ins to extend the navigation bar.. It also means users have a great deal more control over where a button is placed.

Has anyone tried this on the smartphone?
Mine is off for repair so i cant try it sad.gif

i am getting right fully p*ssed off with my e200 atm.
Once in a while when it decides it decides there is no sim in the phone, even when the phone was on and i wasn't touching it.
The thing is when i turn it off or drop it , and turn it back on it displays a "SIM Failure - Invalid or missing SIM Card" message and doesn't let me access the phone , which is really annoying
I try taking the battery off moving the sim about, replacing the battery again, turning it on lots and lots and lots of times before it actually reconises it.
This can mean i am without a phone for a morning , or even a whole day if it feels like doing it.
How can i fix this?

I have just done a hard reset after my e200 just showed a white screen after the sunset, it now takes a long time to boot, and the menus taking ages to load.
What did i do wrong?
I used to love my e200 cus it was fast and speedy, now its slow as hell.
any ideas would be grateful!

Do you know if there are any bluetooth headphones out for the e200?
I like the wired headphones that came with it but would like something with a bit more bass...
Is there any stereo bluetooth headphones out that have a reletivly good bass on it?

I would ask orange customer services, but they give me drivel when i ask them so i thought id ask here first.
Here goes....
Quite simple really I hope,, I keep getting an "Invalid or missing SIM card" messege when i sometimes restart my SPV e200.
plus my SD card is not being reconisded in Smart Explorer or in ActiveSync I think the SD card is ok , ive blown in the slot to make sure there is no dust but still no joy:(
Anyone know how i can fix these problems my self without resorting to calling Orange?
