I've removed battery for a little, inserted it again, etc. but nothing happenned

What can you recommend me to do? I've not flashed or tried flashing the phone, but I don't know what happenned...

Thanks

Hi Luis
How do you know which rom versions are newer? In what is based the version number, etc.?
I have

PDA: i900DXHG4/DXHG4
PHONE: i900DXHG4

So far, did you have any problem after upgrading the phone to spanish? I mean, some error, battery, etc. ? rolleyes.gif

Hi guys
I've got a new omnia, unlocked, unbranded
I'd like to flash it with a spanish rom. The only info I could get from the System -> About page is

Windows Mobile 6.1 pro
CE OS 5.2.20270 (build 20270.1.3.1)

I've seen that others post their rom version, pda version, etc.
1. How can I get this info?

2. Is secany's work the only spanish rom available for omnia? If so, how can I know if it will work with my phone (without bricking it) ?

Thanks a lot in advance...

Hi secany/guys
I've bought an omnia in Mexico, new, unlocked, etc. and now I'd like to flash it with a SPANISH ROM

Here is what I've got in the System -> About

Windows Mobile 6.1 pro
CE OS 5.2.20270 (build 20270.1.3.1)

Will the spanish rom in the thread's first page work in my phone correctly? Which things should I take into account before flashing this particular phone with that particular rom, etc.? I don't want to brick this new phone...

Thanks,

Hi guys
I've read recently in the official WM that HTC won't release a WM6.1 upgrade for the S710...

http://blogs.msdn.com/windowsmobile/archiv...mobile-6-1.aspx

I was hoping HTC to release it, but well, I think I'll have to go the un-official way, by getting and flashing the Dr. Gonzo's ROM, etc. mad.gif
I can't understand the position of HTC
I think the S710 is not a discontinued phone, a very old phone that doesn't sell, etc.

Hi guys
I've converted a youtube video to mp3 file (only audio)
Then, I edited it with audacity, cut some parts, joined, bla bla, and exported to mp3 again

Then I copied the file to \\Windows\Rings
but when I try to choose it as a SMS ringtone, it doesn't show

I tried converting to wma then copying, but didn't show. It shows when I want to select is as Line1 ringtone (default)

Is there any app (I remember having RJV Ringtone Setter) for WM6 that can force a mp3 file to be the SMS ringtone ?

Thanks rolleyes.gif

I'd get rid of my Vox too, but don't have money to go for TyTN II or Touch
And I think I won't be able to sell it easily, due to the rubber charger trouble, the rubber in memory slot, some scratches, etc. mad.gif

Hi guys
I'm trying to remove Agile Messenger from the startup

It seems the phone is hanging and going toooo slow when booting, and when I removed the microSD card, I got a message regarding Agile Messenger couldn't start, and there I noticed that IT was the problem, because phone went ok again

Do you know which key should I see for removing startup programs ?

I couldn't find the Software->Microsoft->Windows->Current Version->Run laugh.gif
