I have to say sorry for the bad user experience you had for the past days,

Internally, we are checking the bugs you raised in detail, but ASUS RD do need more information to clarify the clear user scenario to make sure the root cause.

Your suggestion will be much helpful for us to improve the product quality,



Besides, regarding the battery charging issue, please help to provide the scenario if you are using the push mail or not (periodically sync or anytime), because it will consume power absolutely.



And did you charge the P750 with complied adaptor (Tamura adaptor) or other vendor adaptor? In order to protect the battery & system, the P750 is limited to be charged by Tamura adaptor otherwise the charging current will be 100mHA only when using other adaptors.



Thirdly, actually we have a bug with battery drain in previous SW version but we solved in the latest SW version, it`s slightly different from your question. However, I think it may be similar bug, please install the hotfix64386 and then check if the charging bug happen again or not. (You can extract the files into MicroSD card root dictionary, then plug in the MicroSD directly, it will automatically install)


Finally, regarding the system hang, please remove the SPB then try several days, we doubt it may be caused by SPB FW,

For the rest issues, I`ll make a call to you next week since vacation in Japan now, but please inform me via mail if any update. I`ll give my best report to you!!

Some phones have different dollar amounts associated with the rebates, but as a T-Mobile sales rep, I can tell you for sure that the Shadow's rebate is for $50.

I got mine for $90, possibly for $40 after rebate.

Got the upgrade calling customer service. Told them I wanted to cancel my account. They gave me the Shadow for $90. I picked it up at a local Tmobile corp store. Went home and found the $50 rebate online and I just mailed it out. Hopefully I get it. But either way, I'm happy so far with this phone.

Hi, i got the org. HTC S620.

TomTom installation no problem.
keyboard works fine.

here comes the problem:

i can't choose the COM Port in TomTom. There are now buttons to go up and down.

does anyone now how to fix this problem?
Please don't say : use a fake cursor or something like that (they don't work)

Otherwise i love the S620 - used to have an MDA Compact but the s620 is just so much lighter and easier to type on.

Doesn't look like anyone cares to support the Dash with emulator software.

pTravelAlarm is my absolute favorite, unfortunately though it's not yet out for WM5-Smartphone edition. Last week I emailed the author asking about it, and, he said it's on the horizon, but no time frame. pTravelAlarm is the perfect example of 'less is more'... You set the alarm, it rings until you shut off, there aren't a zillion settings, it doesn't generate errors... it just works.

Well, I know that I am not the only one that is upset with the WM5.0 alarm feature. I used the alarm on my Razr religiously and found it quite easy to set multiple alarms. Something that I am really interested in is something with a SNOOZE option. As a college student I rely extensively on snoozing to get started with my days.

Has anyone ever tried the Palm Treo headphones?  They use the 2.5mm connector.  I had a Treo650 before and still have the headphones.  I'm getting an old MPX200 this weekend and would like to know if they work.  Here is a link to the ones I have:
