Hi guys. Only last week i upgraded my c500 and got my 1st contract phone the T mobile MDA compact. I love this phone sooo much lol Anyways after spending almost £100 on games DOH haha i found the pocketsnes emu. Tried it and im VERY impressed the problems is though you have to store the roms in the myfolders which means roms have to be stored onboard memory instead of storage card Has anybody here got a workaround? Or any tips Cheers |

Why do you have to emulate the gp32?? They both share the same processor the Arm9 but the gp32 runs at 133 with 8 meg where as the c500 etc runs at 200mhz with a bit more memory. Now i dont know anything about programming lol but id say the c500 has a bit more bang behind it? Ive had my gp32 for a few years now and there really is some amazing apps games and especially emus. Would the only problem be the display size?? Please believe me when i say anything you guys program is GREATLY apreciated but if theres open source code there from a simalar system would it be hard to compile stuff from the gp32 to the c500 etc. ......hey i dont know lol i just want megadrive with sound hehehe. Im LOVING my new c500 coming from classic SPV |

This is a real good post. I too have a gp32 and there are lots of amazing programs for it. Especialy emus that run almost full speed. The main drawback for some emus is that the gp32 only has 8meg of ram now surely our spvs maybe c500 etc could run these programs. And im sure theres lots of open source |

Howdy all. Can i just say that ive been hiding here for the past 9 months and its taken this AMAZING release to bring me from the shadows haha. Im a lighting technician i program inteligent lighting and laser systems and my owd spv classic has been much center of attention with this gg/nes/gb emu. HOWEVER seems that theres some bugs that almost render my phone major pain in dee bum. etc the emu enables key click sounds after they been dissembled!!! slowing the phone down......BUT MOST OF ALL!!!!!!! i use my phone also as a alarm and since installing the emu my phone clock has been REALLY unreliable as if the phones beeen oced etc?? the clock has been running fast so i program it and i garantee after i play the emu the clock has progressed at tleast 20 mins!!! BUT great emu and i wish u luck but these problem is not good and u make me late for work cause of the time problem |

Hi guys. Well im really fed up now lol. For the past few weeks my phone forgets what ringtone or alarm sound i use. Im not to bothered about the ringtone but i use the alarm to wake me lol so have been late a few times. The only way i can get them to work again is to take sd card out and replace then re-apply sounds to ringtone. Any ideas what this could be seems only to have happened since 1.61 cheers |

Ive tried numerous installs uninstalls etc and everytime i start it i get the connecting to server etc then it just resets back to program selection. Im getting very annoyed because this is one of the main reason i purchased the phone for MSN contacts. Any help would be great thanks |

Hi all well this is my first post. Ive had my phone 2 weeks and have been reading lots of posts so i dont seem to much of a noob:) . Anyways i love my emulators and have been reading things on topics saying that etc the gnuboy emu is slow because the phone is too slow.....RUBBISH. I own a gp32 which is based around 133mhz processor and has only 8 meg ram and i can currectly play the following emus "full speed" ATARI ST, GAMEBOY,DOOM1&2,NES AND SNES AT 90% At the start of the gp32 scene emus were very slow but as people "played" with the code more we eventually ended up with everything full speed. Doom was originally 50mhz and ran full speed with sound on the gp32 now its att 133mhz and is erm too fast with everything maxed sound etc. All im saying is that we shouldnt totally write off the phone for better emus. Hopefully i wont get flames im just expressing my views Here is a good link to a gp32 site http://gp32.emu.pl/ |
