Downloaded it, prepared, etc. Ran the RUU and when its ready, it says to confirm to upgrade from: 2.4.502.0 - to: 2.4.502.0 Im confused because the little picture on the HTC website says 4.1.502.5 Can anyone tell me whats up?

I think its funny how the phone is in perfect condition but the screen breaks(faulty phone??). And Cingular will not replace it because its considered "physical damage". Does anyone know where I can get a replacement screen? Or a screen that will work with it? Thanks.
