You could try HTC - have a look at this thread :
http://www.modaco.com/content/forum/207903/http-www-modaco-com-index-php-showtopic-207903-hl-carphone/
Or try your local phone shops for repair shops in your area.

Thank you.
I called Carphone W/H and they told me that it will cost 30 Pnd for fixing the joystick and the keypad.
The only problem is that I cannot deliver it from Israel-- I need to visit the UK

Has anyone know if there is a Video Conferencing application running over GPRS or 3G networks that works for the E200 or C500?

Orange (IL) just launch a VC service over 3G but on Sony Ericsson Z1010 and other Symbian based devices.

Any ideas?

use this site (traffic monitoring in Israel main highway)
mms://s25wm.castup.net/991450011-52.wmv

use WMPlayer for that, wait until it will drop down to 23Kbps you could evaluate live video sreaming

I thought this would be a cool and useful application on my E200.

Can somebody develop a mobile media 2003 application that will allow E200 owners to tune their Guitar or any other musical instrument by using the application?

Requirements:
1. Automatic mode:
a. Auto Note selection – the application is required to read (actually listen) and identify the note and highlight it on the note scale (C, D, E, F, G, A B, #)
b. Single Note selection – the application is required to read (actually listen) and identify the note and display it on a meter (from -50 via 0 to +50)
2. The GUI presentation should use visual led
a. Tune (Green = tuned)
b. ß (Red = not tuned)

The application should take control over the mic and accurately analyze the sound of a note – this is not easy I guess…

That will do the job and make many users happy.

Thanks

One more tip, I managed to fix my joystick by turning it 180 degrees...
After you open the phone, pull the joystick cup and place it back but after you turned it upsidedown (180 deg)... seems like its a mechanical faults now it works fine.. still straggling with my soft key...

QUOTE
dont know if this is just a odd case but yesterday i opened up my e200 because of a problem with the sd card reader (the card got stuck in it and i had to force it out)...so i opened my e200 and to my surprise found that one screw on the left side of the phone (close to the 4 button) was missing...?!
okey so i bought my phone used, but it didnt look like it had been opened before...so i dont know if this could be the cause of my problem with the 4 button, since i have the Exact same problem as everybody else here...but anyways...just thought you wanna know smile.gif

btw...i fixed the sd card reader problem

Can you tell me how you managed to open the E200? i cannot find any screws. thanks

By the way, is there a GPS service that you must subscribe and pay to in order to use the GPS system via Mapopolis application or just connect it and use it?

Is the GPS usage included in the map's price?

I saw at Modaco that many people had problems with the updates and seeking to revert back to the old version...
Florin_m, what do you think?

I have a Swiss E200 and on the Orange Swiss site they have ROM updates 2.6.5.3
1. Should I use that or the UKs?
2. Is the default language is English?

Please advise
