Hehe Clever with the numbers, but..

Go to Start/Settings, under the "Personal" tab press "phone",

Go to the "Services" tab and select "call forwarding" and press "Get settings"

Here you will have a screen with options such as how long to ring before being diverted (or switching this off completly) or who to divert to if you press the Busy button when someone is phoning you etc.

Doesn't work... the network always resets all the options and defaults to 20 seconds.

Thought you had this solved?

Searching on google for "spv m5000" AND "mac os x" brings up a few links... yours is there too, and was going to refer you to it.

QUOTE(earmonster @ Feb 16 2006, 23:27)
I presently have an M2000 on an orange contract which is due to expire in a few weeks.

orange have offered me an M5000 handset for £100, but I really wanted to downsize to the HTC Wizard (o2 XDA mini S) rather than get an even larger device and as we all know Orange UK don't do the "M3000".

My question is... Do I swap contracts from orange having been with them for several years to get a lower spec (but smaller) handset?

And if so, do I go to o2 or T-Mobile.

Also, I have used orange care several times, and love the fact that they immediately replace a faulty handset. I've heard that with other providers the handset has to be sent off for repairs, leaving you without a PDA/Phone!! Is this true?

AAARRRGGGHHH, too many choices!!

I'm moving from Nokia 9500 and have chosen to remain with Orange on an M5000. Their customer service and coverage is one of the best.
