Ive got an E100 and just wanted to know that if i unlock it would it work on 3G ? Im thinking of getting the £2.99 3G 500 mins 100 txts a month with a free crappy motorola and using my SPV with the 3G sim.

Seems like quite a few people like the idea - and if it could be integrated into smstools then that would be great 8) anyone got any ideas of who might want too & be able to have a go at giving it a try ?

it cant be too hard to do - if theres someone out that whos good with coding. all it would take is too asign a saved txt message to be sent at a certain time. Just like setting a note on the calender makes the alarm go off at a certain time, its pritty much the same, all it would take it a bit of coding that sets any txt messages in the draft folder to be sent at the diarised time - some out there can do it :roll:

Has anyone made any software that will allow you to diarise a text message to be sent at a certain time ? The reason is my mrs is always goin mad at me when i go out with the lads & dont text her when i get back! The reason is usually because im too drunk to remember to txt her :oops: Need a program so i can write a txt message & store it on my phone as a draft, and then diarise it so it sends automatically at 2am

I got a letter from orange this morning telling me that my tariff is changing. Im on the O2 business First tariff @ £13.99 per month which has Free Care. Now im being told that my free care will cease next month & if i want it i will have to pay for it monthly :evil: My call charges are also going up slightly. Isnt this breaking the contract i signed up for & if so can i come out of it if i want ? Im thinking of changing onto another tariff if this is the case

Also confirm that the camera is drop proof. Chased a shoplifter and my spv flew out of my pocket with the camera attached :x camera case split open but i pushed it together & no probs since

yeh definitely agree they should be separate. I dont bother to sync with my email anymore because of having to scroll through so many in order to find a txt message :x

Connect your phone to the cradle.
Open ActiveSync & click Explore
Goto >My Smartphone >Windows
& u should see it listed.
If you cant then you have to enable hidden files & folders.
Using your browser window goto :
Tools >Folder Options >View
Scroll down to the part where it says "Hidden Files & Folders" & click the show button :wink:

You cant beam the photos from phone to phone yet But you can transfer them onto your PC through active sync, or email/mms them. Hopefully someone will create some software enabling us to beam photos & files -although i havnt managed to successfully beam a contact from my SPV to 5 different mobiles as of yet :cry:

Im on the OVP cellnet business first tariff - £13.99 per month with free care & i get cheap calls (8p peak/4p off peak). i upgraded to the SPV last month & stayed on the same tariff, at the time of upgrading i asked if i still got free care and was told that i did, but from my experience with orange i rang back a couple of days later to double check & they confirmed that i was covered for the next 12 months

How about deleting words from the dictionary ? when i was drunk i tried adding some words but spelt them wrong :oops: so when i press 0 to cycle through different words im lookin for, ive got 6 errors on one word that ive got to scroll through b4 i find the word im lookin for :cry:

received animated gifs through mms, but they only loop a couple of times and then stop. But found that if u then save them directly onto the phone they loop forever :roll:

gameboy emulator :shock: - i read the forums everyday & i havnt come across this! Ive downloaded tetris & doom - but where can i get this emulator & the games for it cheers

good idea recording the conversation! but its against the law to record a conversation without informing the other party that they are being recored. So if he did get a dodgy deal he wouldnt b able to use the recording in a court. But if its a dodgy dealer im sure a scary letter from the solicitor & playin back the recorded conversation over the phone to the dealer would shut him up

I work in a store where theres loads of fit birds regularly shopping 8) Just wondered if there was any way of deactivating the camera shutter noise when takin a photo, as theres no way me or my workmates can get a descent pic unless its at a distance. Tried puttingthe phone on silent & tried turning off the system sounds, but still no luck. Cant seem to find the sound when im exploring the phones folders neither :x
