I spoke to 02 and they definately will only give me a 3 month warranty on the handset - which I think stinks! I have taken up a formal complaint with 02 and they are following it up as I am furious at how awful they have been.

If I send it to Samsung does it cost me anything??

Have had a few of the usual niggles - Battery life, crashing blah blah.....

But this time I've really had it.

The phone says it Can't find the HDD. It has wiped everything off the HDD, and says it is not there. I can't seem to find it either thru my PC or on the phone itself.

Any one had this issue? Know how to fix it? I've tried doing the hard resets, and it is still not there when you try to access it. The camera cannot access it and asks me to use extra storage (transflash) or else will not take photos. Right before the problem I had the 'disk drive full' issue that I hear so much about.
