I'm have a small problem with mine in that it won't use the soft keys for the commands. The Action button does act as the select key in most of the screens but when it came time to backout, nothing happens, Right Softkey(under the back command) - No response Back Arrow Key - No response Home Key - No response End Call Key - No response Only option I ended up with was to turn off the phone by holding the power button in. This is on a Samsung i617 BJII |

I've also installed VC 1.6 and it works great. One downside, for now, is that you can't map this to a record button since the BJII doesn't have one. I mapped the app to speed dial 9 and it runs fine. I also read about the bluetooth issues in the BJI forum and it looks like if you set your bluetooth visibility to on, then it works, I tried it and one touch from my Jabra kicks up the prompt, voice is heard through the headset too! |

Looks like its missing stuff, I installed the cabs and copied the files but the home screen ends up with a blank background and nothing shows. |

I was thinking the other day that one of the big problems with 3G connections is it has a huge effect on battery life and wouldn't it be nice if the data connection shut off when I wasn't using it! So with a little searching I found this: [attachment=23467:ConnTweak.jpg] Basically allows you to tell your phone to shut off the data connection if unused for a specified number of seconds! Pretty handy. **I also noticed that now when I hit the End Call button on my BJII it kills the data connection, kind of like my old Tornado used to do. So try it out! Use the ConnTweak V1.0.1 Binary link to download. ConnTweak Website |

How many American/European users have this? I have not read any Americans, yet have I? There have been several already, including me I talked with several other co-workers who have wm phones of varying types, most on tmobile but a few on ATT like me and no one has seen the message yet. |

I tried this on my Cingular 2125 (HTC Tornado) and was able to get flash sites to work. Only problem I had was links in a flash site that I can't navigate to. Example would be Homestarrunner.com. On a touch screen device I can tap on the link but with the smartphone it doesn't let you scroll through the links inside the flash window. |

In response to a request by MoDaCo member chucky.egg, I have developed and made available FREE for MoDaCo Plus members a handy little utility called CallHistory2Calendar. Particularly useful for those who need to keep track of their calls, perhaps for charging back to an employer, CallHistory2Calendar takes your call history, and each time it changes (i.e. after a call), it inserts it into your calendar as entries in appropriate categories (Calls: All, Calls: Incoming, Calls: Outgoing, Calls: Missed). The application has been tested on WM5 and WM6 Smartphones and Pocket PCs. To find out more, MoDaCo Plus members can visit the CallHistory2Calendar topic in their limited access area. Enjoy! P Any chance non plus members can purchase the program, this would be a very useful tool for me. |

I just bought my i-mate jasjam, using cingular sim...Anyone seen the problem with the roaming symbol showing? I know I'm in my home area, I called cingular they didn't know why it would show roaming. Is this because the phone is unlocked? Any help or ideas? |
