I have used tomtom for years and though I would have a change for a while. A mate of mine has been using iGo Nav N Go 8 and I have installed it on the kaiser but for some reason it installs fine then straight after I click on the program it's self to open it and it fails with no error messages I have tried re-installing etc but nothing works Thanks Graham Orange WM6.1 |

Morning everyone I had purchased the software a little while back. On my previous SPV3100 all safety camera poi's where fine but on the new Tytn 2 I can't get the safety camera's to show up under poi's. Please help Thanks Graham |

Hi, My SPV 3100 went for a swim yesterday (i.e. my daughter spilt drink all over it) No problems with the phone except the slide out keyboard has gone nuts like when you hit q it comes out with qwertyk "FLAP IT!"(it does not include the word flap it after qwertyk it's there to show how I feel), is there a way of fixing this or should I call Orange and deny all knowledge of everything and just say it's got a fault. I have had a M3100 for a while now and it's been ok, until now when I send a text message it sends and a person will receive it but I will get no confirmation and then about 20 mins later they will receive the same sms again and I will get confirmation. This will happen up to 4 times. I'm about to kill Orange but would like to know if it's Orange or the phone? Thanks Graham |

I just had an e-mail from orange and they sent me a file that allows me to turn off security i.e. application lock. But I still don't seem able to change the today screen backgrounds |

Thanks for the replies with regards to Activesync I did a hard reset on the SPV and that sorted it and I have e-mailed orange and they will get back to me within 1 week. Once the phone is application unlocked does that mine I can have my own backgrounds? Thanks Graham |

HI, This is my first post. I have just got my new SPV M3100 and I have a few issues: 1. Activesync won't work! it used to work and I have tried it on 2 pc's it will sync with my exchange server just not my pc. 2. I need to have an application unlock program as Orange don't seem to won't to help with that. Any help would be great Thanks Graham |
