Hi, on the version of Portsplitter i downloaded, there is no option to autostart so i have to run that and set it up everytime i soft reset. Which version did you download?
Also, I have found that Navigon doesnt work on the i780 although it worked perfectly on my Compact 3

hi, I have a compact 3 and have put tomtom 6 on it. when selecting the gps receiver in tomtom, which do I go for? the choice is: tomtom bluetooth receiver, tomtom wired receiver, other bluetooth receiver or other nmea receiver.
can't seem to get tomtom to connect.

i got this after installing the mac os homescreen for my SP5m. Had to do a hard reset.

Does any one know if it is possible to stream my tv from my dbox(cable box) to my SP5m usinf WIFI?
My dbox is networked wirelessly and I can stream from it to my PC upstairs.

I have had an SP3i since Christmas and have found it to be an excellent phone! I have not had a problem with it and would recommend to anyone. After my MPX200, this phone is very quick and responsive and looks great too. Nice and rare also - people tend to ask questions about it.

Hi, great homescreen, although I had to change the font size on the date,time and carrier from 11,4 to 11 to get the homescreen to show properly.
before the carrier and time were huge on my screen!

Mr Midnight, is it possible to replace the rjhtml part showing the time on the homescreen to show the new mad beetle animated plugin? The reason I ask is that I modified the rhtml plugin to show an animated gif instead of the time, but it kills my battery. I also have attempted to replace the rjhtml with the animated one but as I scroll down the screen to the messages, mru and all day event plugins, the animated plugin still shows and I dont want it to.
By the way, I feel that this homescreen is easily the best and most professional one to date and it just need a bit of animation in it!

I have managed to get an animated gif on my homescreen and yes you are right about the battery lif. It has halved on my SP3i since putting on the homescreen, although the battery still lasts a lot longer than my old MPX200! Also, the gif is quite jerky - is this normal?

My question is this. I notice that on Midnights MSN homescreen that he uses javascript to show the date time on the homescreen through the RJHTML plugin. Is it possible to use javascript in html to show an animated gif or scrolling text on a homescreen for example?

great homescreen. I have modified the xml to my taste but I have a problem - I cant download the files on my pc at home, only at work and so cant get the photoshop files to do some more backgrounds. It says
"You have accessed this file from a link not on this site. Anti-leech is in effect, and you must download the file directly from this site and not from a link found on another site."
Any suggestions?

Hi, I got rid of my MPX200 just before Christmas and this was my favorite game on it. Alas, I purchased an SP3i and it didn't work on that. I have just tried the updated version you have posted but it still won't work- the music comes on and it gets to the black page telling you that its a trial version with 7 levels and thats it. It just hangs there. Please help!

Does anyone know if the Imate SP3i has a flashing led like the SP3/C500?

I know the SP3i is almost the smae as the C500/SP3 but does it have a flashing led like the C500?

Guys, I have owned an MPX200 for almost a year now - my contract (Orange UK) runs out in January. The question is what do I get next? I was thinking about the MPX220 but I dont like what a lot of people are saying about it plus I dont like the fact it is larger than the MPX200. The MPx looks like a beauty and I would love that but will it ever get released? So, I am down to the C500 or I-mate SP3i. Which do you think is best? or is there any other offerings likely to be released before January? What about the Europhone efforts?

Hello, I too have put int on my MPX200 with w2003. Everything is fine except for the placement of some plugins. From the sms plugin down, the plugins are about 20 or 30 pixels too high. I have changed the xml file to move the time down but it disappears at the bottom. It is like it is behind something but I am not proficient enough to find out what
Anyway, hope it gets fixed for mpx200 because it is a beauty!
By the way, all the plugins work fine.

Cheers for the reply, but my phone is already unlocked. Also tried it on my girlfriends and get the same result. On the phone it says that it is installing then it stops and says giants.cab failed to install on your device.

The homescreen works fine if i just copy the individual files to my phone.

Hi, i have made a homescreen by changing an xml file and adding completely different pictures and colours. It works fine if i copy the xml file and all the jpgs into the HOME directory on my phone but I have tried to make a cab file and it wont install on the phone. had the same result with the auto hme maker. Please can anyone help?

Guys, what is the difference between these two phones (apart from the obvious - they look different!). Do they both run windows 2003? I am trying to decide which one to get when my MPX200 contract runs out. Sorry i meant the MPx not MPX100.
