Hi All,

I have a similar problem. We have a wireless network at home and the phone connects to it (router), gets the IP, etc. The connection looks good but this is the only one thingBut I cannot see the phone from the comuter, so I cannot browse it. And the other problem is that I cannot connect to the internet. I read the posts here, but my problem is more difficult, because my notebook is connected to the LAN and web via Wifi and if I make a computer-to-computer AD-HOC setting, it disconnects the LAN.
And as I see the ActiveSync does not support the wifi connection. ??

So what I want: browse the phone via wifi from notebook and browse the web from phone via wifi connection.

I hope you are smart and advanced users so please help me. smile.gif

Hi All,
Abover there were problems with the cover, but my Vox playing me a game: how long can I use the SD-card? It means that it always moves a little and lose the contact. I have to open the rubber cover, push a card a little and then it is working OK. For only 3-5 minutes, then disconnects again. sad.gif

My problems is solved. But the rubber cover on a phone like this is a little bit annyoing... huh.gif

Any idea?
I'm afraid I should bring it for a short maintenance service... mad.gif

I'm having the same problem. Very random, but more often with the keyboard slided out then in. First time I noticed this I was using internet explorer. It looks like the backlight is on though in some situations
I did notice that using the keyboard lock/un-lock feature when the screen went black, it comes back to me in the homescreen with a locked keyboardor or when un-locking the screen, it also comes back again.
Anyone seen this behaviour too?

Sounds like mine. But only when I slide the keyboard. I did not try the keylock open/close, but next time I will. Any idea why?

Hi...I bought a HTC S710 recently...it is my first windows mobile 6.0 based phone...i have been a symbian/nokia fan since long.

Few problems i am facing:

1) sending a sms to multiple recipients. The only i can see is adding people one by one...or using a semi-colon. Is there a way to make groups or something? I saw a post here about SmartSMS...but does it work with WM6? If yes, can anybody point me to the latest version...there seems to be a lot of different softwares floating around the net with the same.

2) I can't seem to create new folders for sms...I tried fiddling around with the 'manage folders' option...but to no avail. Is there any workaround? or a simple step that i have overlooked?

[...]

thanks smile.gif

Hi hpgupta,

I was a nokia fun too before I got my Vox like you. I had the same problems like your first and second one. I had a post earlier here somewhere but it seems that unfortunately there is no solution for these problems. blink.gif
But please, if you find any software or trick, please notify me (private or e-mail), I have just very little time for this forum. sad.gif If I get something, of course I will send it to you too (and post it here tongue.gif ).

Thanks and successful searching for you! biggrin.gif

I have the ClockOnTop, DoNew for office, SMS InboxExtender and Vito Copy-Paste. All of them are very cool ones.

Only one question: I do not see the clock on the taskbar when Home is active. Is this normal?

It's a nice one, I like it very much! I already downloaded a lot of homescreens and themes, but all of them had trouble handling the change to landscape... So one of the advantages is that its handling this. And of course, it is VERY NICE...
Thanks for it. biggrin.gif
