downloaded sktools lite, and deleted it after using... the program is deleted but i still have shortcuts in my Start Menu for Freeup RAM, Registry explorer and Autoclean..... I also have an empty folder in my start menu......! Please help me!!! how do i delete this????? To remove programs from your phone, you need to uninstall them, as opposed to deleting folders - much the same way we do on our computers. To fix your problem: Reinstall SLTools Lite. To uninstall, goto Start > Settings > Remove Programs and select SKTools Lite from the list |

To store attachments on SD card, you'll need a registry editor and an application unlocked phone. 1. Create a folder on the storage card called "Inbox" 2. Inside the Inbox folder, create another folder called "Attachments" 3. In your registry editor, browse to "HKLM\System\Inbox\Settings" and change the following two keys: Key 1. PropertyPath=\Storage Card\Inbox Key 2. AttachPath=\Storage Card\Inbox\Attachments Reboot the phone. Done |

I use text messages very frequently, and miss the basic functionality of having the list of recent contacts that you have SMS'ed...du-uh, WinMo Thankfully, I stumbled upon a workaround on the e-natives website, which works great if there is one particular contact you send text messages to frequently. 1. Install SmartToolKit and launch it 2. Goto Start > Control > Gadgets 3. Click on Add > Shortcut 4. Under "File", click on "..." and browse to \Windows\tmail.exe 5. Under "Parameters", type the following text: -transport "SMS" -to "Name <Number>" where "Name" is the name of the person in the contact list, and "Number" is that person's mobile number 6. Under "Title", type whatever you want to call this new shortcut All done. Now go the homescreen, press the backspace key, and press the number corresponding to the shortcut you created. You'll have a new message to a contact in 2 clicks / ~4 seconds. EUREKA |

Thanks for the tip, I was wondering if anyone could point me to where i can change the way contact names are displayed. Right now it is sorted by Lastname, First. Can I change it to Firstname Lastname? You can not do it for all contacts at once, but for individual contacts. Open a contact in edit mode and scroll down to a field called 'File as'. Change it here. Unfortunately, you have to do this for every contact |

@ Rafael1000 I'm not sure if it is a typing error, but the file extension for shortcuts is "LNK" and not "INK" |

I do not know of one single program like Google Desktop that'll do it for u. However, search-as-you-type is available on the phone for contacts and emails. Contacts: From the stand-by screen, type the numbers / characters u want to search for. Email: Open ur email account and type the string u want to search for. |

If pressing the camera button doesn't invoke the camera, I can say that I've removed the physical camera from the device, like the nokias! |

Hey guys, I have been using the Vox for almost a month now and am very happy with it. I just have one problem staring at me... The place I work has introduced a policy which disallows employees to carry camera phones into the workplace. Some of the nokia phones have plug-and-play cameras, so the users can just remove the camera from the phone manually! However, that is not the way I wanaa go. I was wondering if there was some software-driven way to disable the camera - maybe relocating the camera.exe file, changing some registry setting...anything at all. Any help in this direction will be greatly appreciated. I'd really hate to give this phone away because of this new policy. No, changing the job isn't an option |
