i've been playing with the camera templates for a while now and i still can't seem to get it right, i hope someone could help me....so here's my problem ---- i haven't found any post regarding making your own templates except for this one : http://www.modaco.com/content/Smartphone-C...0-Photo-Themes/ so i read the whole tutorial and followed everything... the problem is it doesn't seem to work on the shadow, here's an example: ![]() black is supposed to be transparent and white is supposed to be opaque...but when i load it on the shadow u could see the face is all black... ...so i spent another 2 hours switching layers around and here's the closest i got to: ![]() i don't know if u guys could see it but there's a transparent square around the face and that's what im having trouble with.... if anyone have any idea how to remove that square it'll be a big help.... once fix'd i'll try to upload all the templates.... tnx =) |

can't you just make the icons transparent so that u won't be able to see it?.... anyways i'll try editing the icons and tell u if it works -- edit: i don't know if it's just me but the loading times seems faster when its transparent... maybe because it doesn't have to load any images anymore... anyways here are all the icons i edited : Icons im using marshall's wait cursor which u could get from here : MWC ( i haven't tried the new MWC2 yet and i dont know if it works from there) just copy all the icons to replace the default one.... |

Here's my second of my tweak utilities for the Shadow! You know how you go into the 'Shortcut Key' item in settings and there's only a few apps listed there? Annoying isn't it! Running this program regenerates that list, and adds in EVERYTHING from your Start Menu (and subdirectories). It's an EXE you need to run directly on your device (i'll create a CAB when i've made a few and i'm bundling them together). Enjoy! P thank u very much for this...its very helpful |

Yes there is a solution to your "problem". OMAPclock has had the reverting back to stock speed after a wake up since its creation! You need to install another program like OMAPclock Plus or Tornado Power Control to keep a continous over/underclocking. I personally use Tornado Power Control have it set like the directions say and have my phone underclocked while the back like is off (for battery savings) and overclocked to 252MHz while I am using it! Seach this and other forums and you will find one or both of those programs! i just started using tornado power control and i have some few questions.... 1. i've been reading through the tpc forum but i still dont understand what "power_on.ink, power_backlight.ink and power_useridle.ink" is for...if anyone could share their .lnk because idk how to make one 2. when i installed tpc it also installed omapclock.... so which one should i use to over/underclock? 3. how do i make it so that when im using it its in 252MHz and when its in 'sleep' mode its in 150MHz... im vry sry if this may seem like a noob question.... any help is much appreciated |

Had the same problem.Youtube swf arg not found .I thought it was something with my phone.nope.Found out today that this was Youtubes fault.Youtube went down and now that theyre back up they changed something with the flash video links.Only fix for this that I know of is to download the new flashvideobundle 1.44 .Just relased a few days ago on Treocentral.Of course you have to register to download there.. tnx for the info.... mine worked just right now... i had to reinstall tcpmp using activesync instead of the .cab, and for some reason it worked |

I am here to share the iconbar plugin I have been developing. Hope you like the first release. ![]() The steps should not be too difficult. Sorry, I do not have a cab file!!! 1. Using ActiveSync, browse down to \Windows of your phone. Copy the file cmhome.home.xml to your Desktop. This file describes the T-Mobile Default theme. If you are trying this on other themes then you need to find the appropriate xml file describing the theme. it would either be in \Windows or \Application Data\Home. Create a copy of this file and keep it as a backup. Right click on the file on your desktop and select Properties. Make sure the Read Only property is unchecked. 2. Open the file in Notepad. Look for the following block of code towards the end. <plugin clsid="{837FC251-FE69-43ad-84E0-EBCEDEBA0884}" name="iconbar" height="20"> <iconbar fgcolor="COLOR_TRAYTEXT"/> <background bgimage="\windows\CHome_framework_status_bar_bg.png" halign="center" bgcolor="COLOR_TRAYGRADLEFT" b-border-color="COLOR_WINDOWFRAME"/> </plugin> Remove it and put the following block. <plugin clsid="{B06A8DAB-E148-40d5-BE8F-3C494ABF3046}" name="iconbar" height="27"> </plugin> 3. Save the file. Overwrite cmhome.home.xml in \Windows and \Application Data\Home with the file on your desktop. 4. Open CeRegistryEditor (or a registry editor of your choice). Right click on \HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID and create the new key {B06A8DAB-E148-40d5-BE8F-3C494ABF3046}. 5. Right click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B06A8DAB-E148-40d5-BE8F-3C494ABF3046} and create the new key InProcServer32. 6. Click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B06A8DAB-E148-40d5-BE8F-3C494ABF3046}\InProcServer32 and create a new string value (REG_SZ) entry: Value = iconbarplugin.dll . Check "Set as default key's value". The name of the key would automatically appear as Default. 7. Now download this plugin file - iconbarplugin.zip [attachment=23450:iconbarplugin.zip]. Unzip the file and copy iconbarplugin.dll over to \Windows on your phone. 8. Go to Start>Setting>Home Screen and change the "Home Screen Layout" to something other than "T-Mobile Default". Once the change takes place, go and change it back. If the phone asks for confirmation about running iconbarplugin.dll, say Yes. 9. Turn off your phone and switch it back on. The new plugin should now be active. I have posted some more information on the plugin, the notifications it can give currently, and a few pointers to the icons - please see http://shadowregistryhacks.blogspot.com/20...bar-plugin.html. Enjoy!! wow this is really great... tnx do u have the link on how to create my own icons |

So i just had all my ringtones scatterd on the first section of my SD card and everything worked fine! Well I got tired of the cluttered looking mess every time I explored my card, so I created a file called "My Ringtones" and put all of them in there. Now here's my problem with all my tones in that folder I can no longer select them as text alerts but they work just fine as ringtones. Is there any way to have my MP3 ringtones and what ever in a folder and be able to use them as both rings and text alerts? Or do i have ot leave them scattered? put the mp3 text alerts in \Application Data\Sounds they will appear in both ring and text alerts.... hope this helps |

I was able to change the display name of my carrier from T-Mobile to whatever I want…However it does not last through a soft reset, nor does it last if you use the Comm Manager to turn the phone off then back on. To edit it, navigate to: HKLM>System>State>Phone and edit “Current Operator Name” to whatever you’d like. Maybe someone can finagle a way to make it last a reset--- Here are a few other strings I was playing with trying to get it to work: HKLM>Software>Microsoft>RIL>Operator Names HKLM>Software>HTC>SIM HKLM>Software>HTC>SIM>ONS>ONS Value tnx very much for the info, although it also doesn't seem to last when the phone goes to sleep ... i've been looking to change the carrier name in my previous post i already tried HKLM>Software>Microsoft>RIL>Operator Names and it doesn't seem to work w/ the neo interface |

This is based on Mandt's work: http://www.modaco.com/content/Pocket-PC-Ge...of-your-choice/ To make the All Photos link in the NEO interface start the photo program in your memory card instead of in \my documents\my pictures\: In the registry: Go to HKLC\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:MSPIMG and change "1" from pimg.exe to \Windows\pimg.exe -directory: "\Storage Card\DCIM" A reboot should not be needed. This part is totally optional but you might as well replace the start menu link for the same function: To make a shortcut that opens the wm6 photo viewer in your storage card, create a shortcut with the following text: 57#\Windows\pimg.exe -directory: \Storage Card\DCIM?:pimgapp The ?:pimgapp is what allows the icon to have the photo graphic instead of a generic one. thank u very much for this |
