Hey jason76,

Which store did you get your phone from? Direct from voda or another store? I'm looking into getting the omnia on voda, but I don't want a locked phone since I travel outside of the UK frequently.

Thanks!

I got mine Direct from vodafone free on £35 pm on a 12 month contract check thier website. mine came unlocked i was suprised because it has all the vodfone branding, i might have been just lucky.
You could always get one and if its not unlocked use the 14 day return policy rolleyes.gif

I am having trouble with MP4 files and lip sync, in fact any large files (whole movies) inc avi.

Is it my encoding or the built in player/WMP?

What do others recomend?

Thanks in advance.

The phone resets when it runs completely flat, so it's a battery/charging/drain issue I would imagine

If you have access to another battery you could try swapping them over.  Try another charger maybe.

Failing that take it back and get it swapped, you don't want that problem when it's out of warranty
*

thats the only thing i can thick of i'm going to buy another battery if fails again i'm going to send back and ask for replacement, but even if the battery and the back up battery goes flat it still should not hard reset, charged my c500 after leaving on unused for a month and info. is all still there. :??:
