I have a status icon on my phone that is not in the manual, it looks like an upside down pair of glasses in the display notification area of the status bar. any insight would be appreciated. It is really starting to bug me.

As I understand it not if it originates from the same number, for example a seperate ring for work number and home number.
that being said I am no expert there may be a work around.
