I think that is the .cab for Live Search, not Windows Live. I use that in conjuction with Windows Live, which, at least as of my last check, is online for download again. The address is

The main benefit in Windows Live is for Hotmail users - I love that it will let me push my emails and sync up my Hotmail contacts with those that are on my phone. Anyway, if for reason Microsoft decides to take down the .cab again, I have a copy, so can attach if necessary.

I'm using a Samsung WEP200 and also don't get any sound through bluetooth. I was wondering if it works for some based on other modifications they've made prior (or doesn't work for some for the same reason). Anybody for whom it works mind mentioning want mods and apps they've done? Maybe there will become an evident link (like a particular app) that is common among those for which it works, or also possibly a common point among those for which it doesn't.

Was able to open it without damaging, but nothing to access for cleaning. Bought a new battery, but vibrate still doesn't work. Must be a phone setting but have gone through profiles, adjusting settings over and over, and still no vibrating. Looked through registry also, couldn't find anything that would prevent it from working. Any ideas?

i wondered the same thing but wasn't sure. likely that i'll be able to access that part without destroying my battery casing? or should i just suck it up and buy a new battery?

I have the same problem but I've tried hard resetting and it didn't fix it. I thought maybe some dirt had clogged or gotten in the way of the vibrating mechanism, so I opened it up and cleaned out as much dirt as I could find, but still nothing. Any ideas, or anyone certain which specific part inside makes it vibrate?
