Hi! Paul,

This is really a masterpiece!
I bought HTC Shift because of your contribution!

By the way, I've done the part of liberating my Shift.
But I couldn't find the "SHIFTpacks" to restore the function of WM6.

Please tell me where I can get it!
Appreciate!

Mark.

Got my Shift but have some problems including some bad sectors on the hard drive, a stuck pixel and a propensity to reset itself while working in Vista. The supplier is being less than helpful and I want to quantify the problem, would anyone with a 'good' machine tell me what the hard drive capacity should be (Computer/Local Disk C/Properties). After running CHKDSK with autofix, mine is showing a capacity of 34.2 GB (36,774,174,720 bytes) is this normal?

Cheers

Thanks for this Paul - great work! smile.gif Everything installed just fine but am I am finding the connect to Vista facility through the USB Tool is intermittent at best. It has worked once or twice but most times it does not. I have Windows Mobile Device Center running on the Vista side the sync has worked after a fashion but never completed.

Is there a 'trick' to getting the USB Tool to work and the sync to complete?

Thanks

Mike
