I have a dilemma. I sent my T-Mobile Dash to my brother in El Salvador. Its locked to T-Mobile USA. I called T-Mobile for unlock code and they gave me the code but my brother took it to the local market over there to unlock already and they did too many unsuccessful unlock attempts already and now its not even accepting the unlock code from T-Mobile. I cant send the phone to T-Mobile because its not here. He already tried hard resetting the phone and still not accepting the code and asking to contact Support of T-Mobile. I need desperate help. Is there any way of reversing the attempts by restoring the ROM or anything. Any help from you experts will be helpful. I have learnt a lot from this forum and I really think this situation may have happened to somebody else too so please help. I'll call the tech support and see what they say. I think they will ask me to send the phone to them. But I cant. There must be some way to reverse the unlock attempts. |
