Sometimes on my BlackJack II when its just laying around and I'm not using it, the backlight lights up the display for some reason, then it turns off after the time I set but like comes back on shortly after and this cycle repeats.

This is when nothing is running in the background so I don't know why it's happening, can anyone enlighten me?

I think he was asking if theres a quicker way to compose a new text message instead of having to go through several dialog boxes.

I would like to know this as well, if we can program a shortcut key or something, cause currently its really tedious and takes forever just to write a new text.

I think this might have started after I installed the Microsoft GPSID program, but I'm not actually sure.

Anyways, I can access the 3G internet on my phone through IE, but applications such as Google Maps, Windows Live Search, and vTap are unable to connect to the internet. Also, MEdiaNet says "The page cannot be found" and my Cingular Video says "We are temporarily experiencing technical difficulties."

This seems very strange, if my phone can successfully connect to the internet and I can view websites on IE, how come none of the other applications on it can access the internet as well?

In Windows Connections settings I have set to connect to WAP Network.
