Windows Live Search USA only?

Hi,

I have recentley downloaded the WLS app and it all installed fine but don't get a option for the UK, its all US cities and I dont get the option to change.

When I downloaded the software I get a message stating that my phone is not detected and that I can continue to install, any ideas?
