Fring works great but it doesn't solve the tinny bass problem with wmp etc TCPMP works as it's got an equaliser but the bass fix is still really needed.

Any fixes?

I'd love to do this too, have you got a dual sim adapter from eBay and tried it?

The other day all my 3rd party applications' icons appeared as the generic icon and none would execute giving "The file'...' cannot be opened either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of it's components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file".

Soft reset I thought...... no joy
Remove all and reinstall I thought..........
Hard reset and reinstall...............
Run Orange decerter fron website.........still no joy.

What the frig has happened?

Help!!

Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Conversions.ToDouble()"

Yeah, if you were just relying on GPS raw data it would be pretty useless. Dunno about poly wotsit curves but you could just plot the raw data and extraplolate to approximate. 0mph could be approximated as easily as 62/100mph etc. GCSE maths level I think.

Matt
Mind you just getting basic cameraware to run on my Trinity seems impossible so that might have to be sorted first!

I can't use Cameraware as this message arrives when I try to start the application. I've got a standard Orange ROM Trinity. Cameraware is a bit of a waste of money if I can't get it to run!!!!

What a shame, I'm going to reinstall Navizon and run them in parallel. At least Cameraware might stop crashing!

I get a similar message on about 30% of runs, sometimes it causes the app to quit itself not on my manual shutdown. I assumed it was the Navizon integration causing it. Matt

A bit of a novelty but I think you would expand the interest group dramatically. The maths would be pretty simple.

I give up, until MS sort it out I'll just use Skype. Although Skype is limited to wifi or 3g (I'm OK)!

Is it still only Skype 2.1 that works on Trinity?
Why does Skype keep logging me out on my Niki?

Does anyone know how much data the Skype 'heartbeat' uses per min/ hour?

Matt

Does anyone have a freeware IM client that supports Live and/ or Skype?

You'll open a can of worms here, input methods are really tricky to get working on th m700. I think i've tried em all and at the moment i'm running pocketcm keyboard (which i only managed to get working by running it through pocketcm full).

You might spend weeks trying to get one to work and to stay as the default too.

Good luck!!!

Cant get CooTek or FingerTouch to work on my M700.

Tried the workarounds involving regedit on SPVdevelopers, tried IMselector too. Tried installing with max system resources available.

WM5 IMs are totally crap, when will i be able to use my 500 inclusive texts?!!!!!!!!!

Can someone clever please come up with an IM selector that works.

Has anyone got the installer for 2.1 saved as none of the links now work and it's not on the Skype site.

Cheers

I bought a 2gb Kingston card in the end, mobymemory and the verdict on spvdevelopers forum was that 4gb were troublesome. Shame though, can't replace my iPod and syncing TV is memory intensive.
