Sorry for jinxing you dude. I have a sneaky feeling that they never actually had these in stock. It's a trick some retailers use to draw in pre-sales. They put up a very very cheap price to get the orders in. Hopefully as you already put an order in at that price you'll get it for that much. Same thing happened to me over the weekend. I ordered a music player for my wife. Cheaper than any other retailer by far, so I went with em. Order went through. Then Monday afternoon I get an email saying they no longer had item in stock! I have found no online shops in the UK with the 8gb cards. Once Sandisk UK take delivery of the first batch, then every reseller in the UK will have them. No one in the US has them or Asia. That shop is bullshit. Misleading advertising that they were in stock. Even the Ebay shops state "pre orders" and give a date which has been constantly revised to a later date. |

OK so I am the happy owner of a Kaiser (aka V1615). You first get the device and think wow... sexy, fast and has all the bells and whistles....then you get used to its speed and want it faster ...just natural that after a while but why why why when I see those iPhone ads does that thing look so much easier & sexier You may say its the marketing but that finger slides accross that screen so smoothly. Why does the internet on that ad look so much faster that what my Kaiser does. I thought the iPhone has no 3g so why is that browser screen so quick Someone put my mind at ease thats its just the marketing gurus conning us! |

its being processed i just got my email stating its going to be dispatched. as for the price its a bit wierd. it shows £40 whenever i log into the site yet others are seeing the price at £47. All i can think of is the price is lower if your a registered member. so try signing up first then check the price thats the list i just took a screenshot of from the site http://www.metalmafia.co.uk/fanny/sandisk3.jpg and this is the link i used http://www.sandiskshop.co.uk/micro-sd-card...-c-65_1823.html and it just showed £40 as the price. I may remove my cookies and cache and see if it shows different for unregistered guests Edit: ok i went on the site using a different browser and checked the price and it was £47 I then logged in to my account and checked the price again and it was £40 So I would recomend signing up first if you are wanting to get it at £40 For some reason the prices DOLBE666 saw were the VAT exclusive prices and have now been corrected...... Still £47 is a good price but I have been unable to contact them by phone to confirm that they have them in stock. The phone ansers as ikle.co.uk This site doesnt even show the 8gb cards! So DOLBE666, let us know when you get your card please |

Or if you are me, you create your TomTom Home account and download the postcodes (and traff cams) before you download the Western Europe map. This puts the postcode file into the folder of the free map. So when you switch maps to Western Europe you spend ages wondering where the POIs and Postcodes have gone ! Noger...whats is the file size of the Western Europe map ? Thanks |

At the moment after installing the TT version (6) that came with my V1615 and downloading the one free map, I can not do a full postcode navigation....The first part of the post code is accepted then you have to enter the streetname. Does anyone know if this changes when you buy a full map and version of TT ? |

Right now, from kaisers setup manager, the connection wasnt working, i edited the "Username should be: t-mobile Password should be: tm" myself, nothing changed i get the "answering modem has disconnected" and a popup saying there is a problem connecting to the gprs service in your home network" i get the small 3g icon on the taskbar, device hasnt had any modifications apart from pauls cab that i am going to install now. Do Brodit holders have to go with a pro-clip? And am I right in saying that a pro-clip has to screw into some part of your dash (leaving holes if you ever remove the clip)? Both are made by Brodit.....not sure if interchangeable with other manufacturers holders But the Proclip usually slots in between some of the dash plastic trim...If that is not possible or not secure enough then I think tape is supplied Go the Brodit site and choose your car and it shows you how your Proclip mounts. I've ordered mine today (active mount) and am looking forward to mounting it and hardwiring the cable in through my air vents so the cable is hidden away |

I have loved brodit for a while, but was very dissapointed to find out the only proclip they do for my recently purchased Honda Prelude is down by the gear shift, not very good for sat nav. If anyone knows of a decent vent mount for a '98 prelude, I would appreciate the heads up. Choose left hand drive from the brodit webiste proclip slection and see if thats any better & will work for your RHD Prelude. |

If you put £30 on your Virgin Sim .....Virgin will give you the unlock code When I bought my Lobster it came with £30 worth of vouchers..... So I put those straight on the phone, rang Virgin and said can you give me the unlock code "yes sir...you have £30 of credit on your phone....no problem" So I had not made one solitary call and Virgin gave me the licence to go somehwere else.... Of course I have £30 on a virgin sim I have never used....but I figure I'll use it next time I'm abroad on holiday If my memory serves me right ....I was sent the unlock code in the post |

I always found that Notes not syncing was down to corruption in Outlook... Maybe consider backing up your PST file, and then running ScanPST, see if picks up any corruptions, and then fix them. Worth a try, eh! Eh? ...I thought Activesync didnt support syncing of Outlook Notes ? Why did I purchase a 3rd party program to sync Notes up ?? |

Yet again we are given another version (4.5) of Activestink which fails to syncronise Outlook Notes. I have been using SmartphoneNotes (3rd party software) on my previous phones but cant get it recognise the software on the phone when it syncs. Can somebody try this out on their Lobster http://www.syncdata.it/dl_spn.html When installed Active sync should give you the option to sync Notes (visable under Tools options) Thanks |
