Hi, I have a QTEK 9100 and tomtom Navigator 5, I have tried following your instructions but some things seem to be different

I have copied over all the files from the supplied SD card onto my Mini SD card and tried to launch the start app (the one with the tomtom symbol) this flashes up a tomtom screen but then does nothing.

I downloaded the 5.1 update from tomtom but it keeps crashing when i try and run it?

"STEP 3 : ACTIVATE THE GPS CONTROL PANEL"
how do i do this??

Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MASCHINE\ControlPanel\GPS Settings
Delete the DWORD marked "hide"
Add a DWORD called "Group" and give it the value of "2" (dec)
The GPS panel will now show up in your connection settings

"Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MASCHINE\ControlPanel\GPS Settings" i can find this through the reg editor but not the rest, all i have when i click on "GPS settings" is something called Redirect?

any ideas? maybe i will have to wait for tomtom to release an update, but if you have any ideas the will be appreciated

and the answer is, no, cant be done as far as i can tell
dont forget, you should always use 'Remove Programs' on any homescreen that uses extra screens before installing another that does the same, it solves this problem before it even occurs and so no need to run this homescreen reset cab.

I got some questions about the dust repair service;

-Does anyone know if this service also is available for the Netherlands? (I know the service is from HTC-Europe so I guess it is the same address you mail your phones at, but just checking because I really hope that they sent me my phone back to the Netherlands when it’s fixed;))
