Why is everyone else getting the phone, and not me? When im apperently down on there system as an upgrade to the M3100?

do NOT wait for Orange to call you, ring them every day and ask if its in stock, if it is they send one out straight away, thats what i did and many others on this site, RING THEM! smile.gif

i rang O today, a guy on the phone offered me:

£25
500 mins
500 texts
M3100 @19.99

also

£35
2550 mins
unlimited texts
M3100 @ £99.99

i said, ok, let me work out which would be better and call u back, rang back 15mins later spoke to someone else, i decided to go for the £35 deal, she said thats not logged on our records of that being offered, i cant offer you that. so i said ok, and hung up after arguing with her a bit. I then rang back by this time i was pi**ed off, so i explained to the guy, he said, no we cant offer u that, deals are subject to change at anytime! (now i hit the roof) cut a long story short i ended up with:

£25
500 mins
500 texts
free M3100

then he told me they were out of stock! so i am now on the back logged waiting list...

apparently these 2000 free mins are on offer untill 31st of august, and u need to be in point band 300+ i am in point band 270... :| and i average £55 per month over my last 6 months
