I used 3.28 on my Vodafone branded device, and installed TLRs ROM
Nerve-wracking, but worked perfectly first time.

Read the guide a few times, and don't start if there is anything you still don't understand.

i am fed up with this phone. major sluggish .. i can't even use it as a phone. i have to reboot and wait five minutes and hope i can get to the phone part to make a phone call .. not good not good.

anyone else on this?

I got my Blackjack II a couple of days ago. It's my 1st smartphone, so I'm learning a lot about the Blackjack II and also about WM6.

Reading information on the web, it makes me think my phone is getting data a lot for some of the software to work (Google maps and others). I haven't set up my data plan with AT&T yet, mainly because I didn't think I'd need it when I go the phone. But now that I'm learning about my phone, I'm starting to change my mind.

It there a setting, or a reg edit, or even a program, I can adjust to prevent my phone from sending/receiving data through AT&T? Or something like a pop up message asking me to confirm that I'm going to use data from AT&T?

I'd like to figure out which program I'm using that requires data. That way I can decide if I should use it on my phone, or find an alternative like a GPS only software. And if I decide to use the program, knowing when I’m using data through AT&T will help me purchase the right size data plan. (I'd hate to burn through my discount from work just because of buying the unlimited data plan. I'm trying to save money, not keep adding features I don't know how much I'm using. Although I'd bet AT&T wants me to buy them!!).

Im not getting you. How come I can delete emails from my gmail account and keep them on the server(gmail.com) but not do that.

Is my gmail pull email and my exchange server pushmail (like blackberry)?

Do you have a screen shot of the comm manager with this installed? Does it add a 10th button, or does it replace the data connection button with a 3 G button (like the one on xda developers)?

Hello everyone. I just signed up with T-mobile to get their cheap unlimited data service. I had intended to use it with my Treo 650, but when I found how cheaply I could pick up a Vario, I decided to give it a go. I've been messing with it for a few days now, and I like it a lot, but there's a few deal breakers that make me think I should send it back before my 7 day return policy is up.
